Description of Work: We hired them to install the range hood in the kitchen after roofer opened the hole on the roof. What they will do is to install the range hood above the range oven and channel it out of the roof. They respond quickly and work smoothly. The only reason I give them B is because the price is a bit high, and they are reluctant to sign a formal contract. True, they are general contractor and their price is due to be on the higher end. Since this is a small project, we are fine with it, and we believe they will fix it as they promise if there is any problem coming up. But anyway, to be fair to other angie's list user, I have to state the whole situation.

+ 0 moreJoe is a pleasure to work with...very professional and courteous yet gives you the feeling that you've been friends for years! His price for the work done was a HUGE VALUE! He installed laminate flooring throughout our home (minus three bedrooms) - approx 1100 sq ft - and also installed 14 impact windows. His team was just as polite and professional as Joe and we could not be more pleased with the final product. The windows passed the city inspection today and the inspector said it was a fine job, as well. The installation process was clean and our house was left spotless, inside and out. They used our carport to cut wood and not a speck of sawdust was left behind. Even the windows were wiped clean of fingerprints and dust. No debris was left behind on the inside floors or on any of the sills. I will definitely hire this contractor again...and you should, too!
