I called him for an estimate and he asked for $400 dollars up front. He was supposed to start Memorial Day but called Saturday saying he was behind because of rain. He asked if I was upset and I said yes, but it was not his fault and he offered me a refund. I talked it over with my husband and that's what we decided. Now I cannot get in touch with him on any number.
Description of Work: He was going to pick up and install my cabinets for my bathroom.

The member and I had a verbal contract. In that contract we agreed on a $400 deposit and a start date. She was made aware of the fact that if she was to decide to hire someone else she would loose her $400 deposit. The member was also made aware of the fact that the start date may change due to illness or weather. In the month of May I had both problems occur. I contacted her with a new start date and she fired me. I will not refund the $400 deposit.

I called Mark on a Thursday to see about getting an estimate. He told me that he would be able come by on Friday at 8:30 he was here at 8:25. I was given an estimate that I was happy with and was told that the work could start on Monday morning. Work was started on Monday and finished on Friday. Everything was kept neat and clean.
Description of Work: Mark and his associates remodeled my kitchen with new cabinets and countertops. They reconnected all plumbing and electrical connections. They tiled my kitchen, dining and living room areas (approximately 220 sq. ft.). Painted the exterior and trim of my house.
