Description of Work: An appointment was set with this company. Punctuality was an important factor to us. They did not show up and called after the appointed time stating that they had told me that there was a 1 hour window. ( Not true, that was never discussed) .The receptionist started laughing when I told her to cancel the appointment and to refund the money. Poor attitude and very poor customer service. I would never use them.
