We needed our TV mounted and cables concealed in the wall. Other highly rated companies (from BBB, Google Reviews, Angi, Home Advisor, etc.) didn't even call back, but we heard back from Gordon within 10 minutes. He had us send some photos, then he emailed us back a quote and set up the install appointment. On install day, Gordon was prompt and courteous, and his work was precise and clean. Our TV looks great, the cable access through the wall is nicely trimmed out, and he even took the time to share some tips on possible ethernet runs through existing walls. We could not recommend Gordon or his work more highly.

Gordon and his colleague showed up promptly and prepared. They did a professional job installing out 85" tv and associated sound equipment and didn't leave until everything was working perfectly and the mess was entirely cleaned up. We would (and in fact already have) used Gordon again for another project in our home, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone else needing home theater work done.

Gordon is super friendly and very knowledgeable about electronics. I really appreciate the great trouble shooting he did right off the bat and he then took the time to explain what was going on before fixing it.

Gordon installed lights in my garage and closet and swapped out super bright LEDs for more soothing lighting in my bedroom. Gordon did an excellent job, he was punctual and he did an excellent job in installing large flat screen television on wall, he did internal wiring so cable, TV, internet wiring was not visible. He insured that all components ( TV, Cable, Internet, DVD player) was working before leaving. I will without a doubt will use him again for any additional home entertainment projects or lighting issues.

This was a challenging installation with 6 televisions, a complete music system both in the house and on the roof,installation of a wall hung cabinet and getting everything synchronized. Gordon ran into some issues but never got frustrated (visibly,haha) and just kept at it until everything was perfect! He was the consummate professional. 12

My experience with Gordon was excellent from my first phone call to his office all the way until my install was completed. They gave me an appointment right away for Gordon to come out to my home. During my initial meeting with Gordon, he listened to what I wanted and made suggestions on what would make my system better, never pressuring me to spend more money. He even suggested building my system in stages. He is extremely knowledgeable and is a perfectionist. He showed up every day at 8am sharp and worked nonstop until the job was done and I was satisfied. He is also very neat. He cut holes in a number of my ceilings to install speakers and left my home cleaner than when he arrived. He also took all the empty boxes with him. I know this doesn't have anything to do with the way he installs stereo equipment but it does show how much pride he has in his company. If you are thinking of having any kind of sound system installed in your home, Gordon is the guy for you.
