Florida Living Quarters Interior Design

Horrible. Started in June 2017 and last visit by owner/decorator was Feb. 2018. Erika quoted a low price to recover my bench but was not even close when I tried to get it done. I was told that price just went up after January. Job was suppose be done by /fall... not close. Items came piece meal, weren't checked when they received them, brought to my home to find out bed spread didn't fit. Bed skirt was not done properly and I had to pay to have one remade to cover the gap between my mattress and bed rail. I was told that because I didn't like it I had to pay for another one. No, I did not like seeing under my bed. Didn't have this problem with the same bed and an Ohio decorator. In fact, this decorator at FL living quarters lacked detail and design. I paid more to have the sun from coming between the new shades and the wall in the afternoon; and paid more for more drapery so that the long wall was not so bare. My husband and I even insisted on drapery for the patio door and bathroom window when Erika didn't think they were necessary. I feel she didn't listen or communicate well. Or didn't care because we told her we were retired and didn't need top tier priced items. After 2nd bedskirt was made it took Erika 3 weeks to bring it to my home to put on the bed because she was busy ...networking, etc. My home is within 3-5 miles from the store. So many other items were not correct and caused me so much stress that I'm glad to be able to be done.
