Description of Work: They changed out some faucets, fixed toilets, and tried to change my tubs faucets and it just didn't work because the company that worked on the house cut the pipes too short, but this company really tried to help me.

Description of Work: On Sunday morning, we discovered our Living Room carpet to be soaking wet. We lifted the carpet in one corner, and followed the wet concrete to where we believed the water was coming from, which was the shower in the main bathroom on the other side of the wall. We called one Angie's List plumber who proved to be a no-show after two days, and then called Alan who came over within a couple of hours. He confirmed that he believed that the water was coming from there as well. He cut through the drywall in two spots and sure enough, there was a mini-geyser from a pipe in the wall. He gave us three options, 1) he could put a patch on it that could last several months to a few years, 2) replace the pipe which would cost more and may create new problems elsewhere, or 3) re-plumb our 26 year old home. We were already thinking about a re-plumb so we chose 1), the quick fix for now so that we could at least turn the water back on. We will be doing a full re-plumb later this year.
