The job was completed within a reasonable time period. He was very clean and thorough while working. Everything was checked and tested before he left and I could not be happier with the work. When I need a plumber I call Alan at Five Star Plumbing.

We called Five Star Plumbing Services after reading their positive reviews on Angie's List. They were able to come out within 2 days to fix our non-emergency issues. We purchased an older home in which the previous owners had cut some corners. Five Star Plumbing replaced the pipes under our kitchen sink and replaced the P-trap in our guest bath. We also needed a toilet fill valve and supply tube replaced in one of the toilets, as it was not working properly. They were also willing to anchor our laundry tub legs to the floor. This father and son team are very courteous and genuinely nice men. They arrived on time, explained everything they would be doing and the cost prior to proceeding with the work, and they showed us the completed work to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. They left everything very clean. It was a pleasure having them in our home. Their prices are very reasonable.

I called several plumbers from Angie's list for an estimate to provide an install a new water heater, install a kitchen and bathroom sink, and faucets for the new sinks. I had recently installed a new water treatment system and was now ready to replace fixtures that had been accumulating minerals and other deposits over the years. Alan Parks was the only one who actually came out and looked at my house to determine a fair price and what was actually needed. All the others quoted a price over the phone even though I had no idea what size water heater I had or what size sinks and faucets I would need. When Alan came out, he could quickly see what was needed. His was not the cheapest price quoted, but I went with him because he at least looked at what I had. I had decided to provide the sinks and the faucets and he let me know what size to order. I easily found the kitchen sink and the faucets, but my bathroom sink was an odd size and I couldn't find exactly what he said was needed. Alan also agreed to go to Home Depot and pick up the sinks and faucets. While he was there, he looked at bathroom sinks and found one he thought would work. So he brought that too. He and his son, Matthew, arrived on time, did the work efficiently, and cleaned up afterwards. They also broke down the cardboard boxes and put them out at the curb for recycling pick up and hauled the old fixtures away. They even indicated they had contacts when I was ready to do the rest of the kitchen and bathroom. I was very pleased with their work, and a week later, everything is working just as it should.

Their pricing is right on the money. He is the best all around price, knowledgable, and willing to save you money. He also guarentees his work. He also had a great personality. He has been out multiple times for plumbing work. I would recommend him for any job.

Not a big story. Toilet had two problems. It had been repaired by someone else very recently and was worse afterwards. I decided to get a new person to fix it rather than call the old person. I was very pleased with Alan at Five Star.

Home Depot recommended Five Star to us. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They made sure we had no questions. They were very efficient and nice guys.

. The true test of reliable plumbing work occurred two years ago when we installed granite countertops in our kitchen. They came out, as scheduled, on Thursday morning and disconnected the sink and cooktop. The granite was installed on Friday. Five Star come out on Saturday and installed the new sink, faucet, garbage disposal and new cooktop.

This company spent a day straightening out our plumbing problems in the kitchen. They are sometimes a little hard to get a hold of by phone but they appear to be very knowledgeable and professional. I do find their prices to be high for one day's work; however, this may not have been out of line with comparable plumbers.

Everything turned out very well. We are very happy with the work they did and with them.

Everything went well. My kitchen sink drains freely and I am so happy with my new master bathroom sink. All the new shower fixtures helped update the bathrooms.

The owner suggested we look at the other toilets in my home since they were all about the same age and suggested we make the same repair as he had on the one he was called out to fix. He did not pressure me in any way, but it gave me a sense of comfort that I do not have to worry about the same thing happening in the near future.

I called on a Wednesday and they said that it would probably be by the next Monday before they could get here. They did fit us in four days earlier. He was very efficient. Cleaned up after the job was completed.

Allen Parks and his son, Andrew, were the perfect plumbers. They were on time, they knew what they were doing and even, when complications arose due to very old cast iron pipes, they kept us informed every step of the way. They completed the job, which had gone from a simple leak, to major pipe replacement, quickly and professionally. I will recommend them to all my friends and family. Their work was excellent and, on top of that, they are very nice people. This was done under a home owner's warranty, so I do not know the price,however, I am sure their prices would be very competitive.

THEY DID THE WORK IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL. THEY REPLACED THE COPPER WITH PVC. THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM AND IT WORKS. EVERYTHING IS FINE.
