Enviro Tech Pest Prevention Systems

I needed a WDO inspection report during my home inspection. Dominic from HomePride inspections was performing my home inspection and recommended and brought Larry from Enviro Tech Pest Prevention to perform the WDO. I had great confidence in Dominic so I knew Larry would be great. Larry was indeed great and answered all of my questions that I had once the inspection was complete.

Larry consistently provides us with an excellent job. He is been taking care of our pest control needs for over 9 years and he is very professional, punctual, and you can always count on a job well done.

This entire experience was top-notch from start to finish. First, the owner returned my call promptly, and after I explained that there was something unknown living in my attic, he was very transparent about the pricing and the process for each kind of animal that it could possibly be. Larry was available to come by the next morning. He arrived early, walked in, listened to the sounds in the ceiling, and immediately knew that it was baby raccoons. He then walked outside, and almost IMMEDIATELY pointed out the clues that showed how they were getting in. Luckily, the mother had been scared off by plumbers performing a re-plumb the day prior, so there were only the babies remaining in the house. They were difficult to get to, in the eave of the attic, but Larry made fast work of it. He then sealed the other possible entries, and there is a year warranty on the work. This is a well-ran business. I was impressed, as well as completely satisfied with the work performed.

Michelle was the technician who came out. She was very professional, friendly and thorough. Answered all of my questions and explained what I should expect directly the following the treatment. I've finished my first one year contract with this company and I have no complaints. They have addressed all of my issues and I have hardly seen a bug this past year. Will be renewing my contract for another year. This company has even locked in my Angie's List discounted price!

I purchased the Angie's List Wood Destroying Organism Termite Inspection deal for VA home financing. Inspector was on time, professional and provided the inspection documentation promptly afterwards.

They were prompt, addressed the issue and followed through until problem was resolved, hired them for annual treatments as they were so good to work with.

They were very prompt, pricing was excellent.

The service went well, they were professional and timely. The number of roaches appears to be decreasing over a few week as I was told.

So far so good with Enviro-tech. They have kept up with scheduled appointments. Bugs haven't been an issue since beginning our contract. Of course, there's been an occasional bug here or there, but hey!, it's Florida.

The pest control lady showed up on time. She was very personable, knowledgeable and extremely thorough. She placed the various pesticides on the inside of the house, the outside and the attic. She was able to answer all of my questions and informed me as to the other services Enviro Tech can provide which may come in handy in the future. After the initial treatment we saw a few more bugs, which she had told us would happen, then nothing. I'm very happy with the service provided and would definitely recommend Enviro Tech.

Larry was early and promptly went to work spraying and baiting the interior and exterior of the house. He went into the attic and found an ant nest over the master bath. The ants started falling like crazy through a light fixture. We'll see how it goes. Larry was very thorough inside and out. I was impressed with this company.

Dave and his team deliver a first class service. I was unhappy with my previous provider of regular yard fertilizer, pest control and home pest control, so I decided to try another provider. I contacted EnviroTech about a year ago and Dave came to see me and quote me within a day of asking. I decided to go ahead and give them a try after seeing positive reviews and I must say that I have been very happy with EnviroTech. They reply within a few hours of leaving a message and are very attentive to any concerns I have, even coming out if I have any concerns. I would highly recommend EnviroTech for all your pest control needs!

It went pretty well at the beginning, we were told it would cost us $695.00 and they would go through my attic and close up any accesses that the rats may have and around the exterior also. The Tech. told us he set about 13 traps(righting a little fuzzy there. Anyway the traffic up in the attic led us to believe there was more than 2 rats. The Tech came back on the 31st. (4 days later) & found 1 dead Rat.& he found another 1-2 more openings and close them up. By Thursday they were running around again. We called and pleaded for them to come again, we were told that normally they space their visits 4 days apart & the fact that we're in Clermont which is on the fringes of the area & would have to be after 5PM.. I tried to explain to David the "Manager" that my wife is extremely ill and we are jumping all around with Doctors appointments. We finally agreed on Fri. the 3rd. They found nothing, he told us to tape the noise next time. Well all **** broke loose on Fri. night then nothing on Sat. day then Sat. Night it started the smell & on Sun. Morning the smell got worse. I called Enviro Tech Sun. Night and left a message for Mon. Day Morning. Well from Mon.day mid day until 4:15 PM I haven't heard back from them. The office personal lack manners and are bad liars it seems very questionable that everybody is away from their desk If Clermont is a inconvenience then don't take the this area. Well Hooray it's 4:30 the tech will be here at 6PM. Either way I would never recommend this Company to anyone living in Clermont. And being the president of the Board means I talk to a lot of people. The big deal from Enviro Tech Pest Prevention Systems was okay. Yeah, it was fine. He gave us a certificate. That's what we needed. We were deciding on renting the house. We have to have that certificate. He was very responsive.

Enviro Tech Pest Prevention Systems came out that same week after I purchased.

Called Enviro Tech an they were out within a couple of days. The tech spent 3-4 hours filling in gaps in our foundation, roof lines, siding, etc. He then set traps in our attic and was back a few days later to gather up the traps. He set some more and came back a week later. They have a 6 month guarantee and we asked them to come back one additional time as we thought we heard something. Never a problem, they were out in a matter of a couple of days and we are thankfully rodent-free. Highly recommend them. They're thorough

I was very pleased with the prompt, professional service and knowledgeable technician. The treatments that were recommended completely eliminated the problem and we now have regular pest service with Envirotech. The company offers affordable pricing options for residential treatments as well.

Contacted me on 4/15 to let me know he was in the area, and could do the inspection that day. I had him contact my property manager for access to the property. By Monday my property manager and I both had the WDO report. Outstanding work and an incredible turn around time.

I signed up for the Annual Termite and Pest Control Prevention Service. The service was done only once inside and outside my home. The quarterly service was not done, but the technician claimed they done the exterior pest control treatment, which was probably not true. Their service was dishonest and did a poor quality job. I wouild not recommend them to any one that I know.

The company called quickly after purchase to set up a date and time. The technician was very nice and was punctual. He told me the little mouse sized critters were Norwegian Rats. (I had one caught in a trap I had set myself so he was able to see it). He and I walked around the house looking for entry points... well, he was looking, I was walking with. I showed him the drawer I knew they had been in inside and he found how they were getting in there. He went to work closing off entry points from the outside. After that he placed traps in the attic and traps and baits under the house. We have an older home, so he did point out if they go into the wall to die- it was going to smell for a few days as he would have no way to get it out of there. Once he was done at the house for the day, he told me the office would contact me that afternoon to schedule his follow up visit to check for dead critters and see if anything else needed to be done. He had come on a Friday. I didn't hear from them that day. I work a 12 hour shift variable days. The office called on Monday while I was working and I didn't get the message until I left work in the late evening. They had called at 4:30 and wanted to have the technician come to the house at 5:30 the same day. Obviously that didn't happen.... I figured they would call me back, but around noon on Tuesday they hadn't called so I called the number left the evening before. It sounded like a personal cell phone when he answered, so I thought I had the wrong number. After some uncomfortable back and forth I did have the number that was left the day before. The person said he was not at the office and it was too late in the day to schedule the follow up for that day. WHAT? You wanted me to be available in an hour, but 5 1/2 hours wasn't long enough? I have older children who would be able to be there the next day for the follow up. The smell was pretty bad by that time, but it meant dead rats... so I was holding tight! He came while I was at work, but my older children were there. I had left information with them to tell him- we were still hearing activity under the house, so I didn't want him to think problem solved. He pulled out the dead critters and reset traps and bait under the house. the technician did leave without telling my boys what he had done - so I called the office on break just before they closed to find out the plan of action. I left a message and received a call back quickly which is when he told me about re-trapping and baiting. He also said after 7-10 days I shouldn't be hearing anything more. We are at that point and it seems ok- started to smell again yesterday, so figured another one or more is a goner. My only complaint was not from the technicians work at all, but the scheduling of the follow up, I do wish the technician had let the boys know when he was done and what he had done for follow up before he left and I had also asked him the first day to close off an opening in my sons bathroom and he said he would on his return visit. That was on the note I left for my boys for his return visit and it never was done. $450 is a ton of money to me and it is expensive- but it seemed to be the going rate and my home traps and cats couldn't solve the issue- but this appears to have taken care of it. I would call them again if I needed to, but I hope the closing of the entrances they were using helps me to never need it again!
