+ -1 moreEvans is a small, family owned business. They take care of their customers. They called me back after normal 9-5 hours to try and schedule a time to come out the next day. They came out just as promised and after checking out the issue, it was determined that it wasn't a switch or valve issue, ect., but needed the pump removed and replaced. They left and were back a few hours later with the new pump and had it installed that afternoon. These are the guys you want to call!
Description of Work: The pump on our 14 year old well (which Evans originally drilled/installed) was beginning to fail. In the 14 years we have owned the home, we have only had to do basic maintenance- pressure switch, capacitor, etc., but that's it. That alone is a pretty good statement. We try to use the original vendors on house repairs whenever possible. We decided that Evans was the logical choice.

Description of Work: I am not the one that requested this company! Where I live, you can't have a well!!! Someone is using my name on your list and I do not appreciate it. This is the 3 time I have been asked review someone I didn't use or look for. The next time it happens, I will cancel my membership, especially since you can check reviews for free now. + -1 moreReally nice folks, family owned and operated for at least three generations. These folks really KNOW wells and pumps. They were a pleasure to have here all day while they worked, and cleaned everything up nicely. Absolutely no reservations in recommending them!
