+ -1 moreIt was not very good . Employee was at my home for about 30 minutes and that included introducing himself and that included giving me a receipt. My residence is about 2,600 feet and 30 minutes from arrival to departure is inadequate to inspect the inside and outside of a residence. He never got on the floor to test the base board and he never entered the attic.
Description of Work: He walked around the outside the home , he did not go in the backyard . I have a gated area and he did not walk into that area.

Description of Work: The company itself sucks! I started with another company 9 yrs.ago that was bought out by Terminix. It got worse as the years went by. In the last yr I have been called repeatedly for nonpayment although I pay at the time of service,then my service was cut off and I was turned into a collection agency all in one month. I was NOT in debt to them! When I called them they apologized and said they corrected every thing. 3 wks later the collection agency called again and said it was not taken off. I called the manager back and he was actually rude saying he had indeed corrected the error. Then a dept store denied my card while I was at the checkout. I called the corporate office answering service and found it was finally removed 3 wks after I called the manager and he rudely stated he had indeed corrected the error when in fact he had not. Unbelievable! I am in the process of changing companies now after all the years of loyalty, not so much as a phone call of apology from anyone at Terminix except the poor guy that they sent to my home every month. By the way he did everything he could to help. It seems their office personnel was replaced by computers that failed their customers. Pathetic! |

+ -1 moreWe have many bugs. They say they come but in fact never come. they are suppose to leave a ticket showing that they come and do not show up. They also without permission start withdrawing money out of your checking account if you give them a check for payment and them never show up after that. You think that the extermination is continuing. Most people ant work and never know what happens.

Description of Work: Annual contract. Put "bait" inside and out. Called and checked several times to make sure all was ok, also came out monthly. Great company.

+ -1 moreI love them. They have been servicing our house for 9 years. I know the guy and he knows my dogs. It is the same gentleman or another guy. If I call them out, they are so responsive. They are johnny on it and they are just right out. He has been doing my house forever. I trust him implicitly. If I'm not home, I tell them to go on it. They are great. We've been on a contract for 9 years. I just signed up a rental home for $90 a quarter for a total of $360 a year. I am very impressed by them. They are really nice when I call on the phone. They are really good people and I don't have to worry about them stealing anything. They are very responsive and I just love them. I don't have any need for anybody else. I have 3 rentals on contract with them.

+ -1 moreOverall, the job went fine. They come out and check the little things like they are supposed to. The price of $3000 was for the initial treatment and to set the things up. It's not that much every year. They were punctual. They called to say what time they would be here and that's what time they came. They didn’t say that they will be there between 12 and 5. They gave us a pretty precise time that they would be here, and they were here. The price was fair; we checked out with other people. The quality is good. With regard to responsiveness, they were great.
Description of Work: We use Terminix for pest control services. They come every four months to check the baits. They had to put the little bait things in. They had to spray and treat for termites. Once the little things are in the ground, they come back and check the bait on it.

+ -1 moreThey are great. They send email reminders and follow ups. They will come as often as I need them and don't charge any extra. They are really good about doing what I ask them to do. They go above and beyond with the services they provide. They also offer automatic billing which is very convenient for me.
