I compared two companies for the work we needed done. The reps from Sawyer were friendly, informative, and thorough when they came out to provide an estimate. Unlike the other company, they actually looked at what would need to be done, verified they had the attic access that would be needed, and I felt gave a very accurate estimate of time and cost for the work. Their gas price was slightly higher than the competitor, but I felt so much more confident in their ability to do the initial work that I decided to use them instead of risking hundreds of dollars in botched work. The receptionist and the manager were both very friendly and helpful on the phone as well as flexible in scheduling the installation. The same workmen did the install as did the original estimate and they were very professional and thorough. They had told me upfront about any things that could potentially be a problem and what would happen if they incurred those problems. Fortunately, they didn't run into any problems and completed the work quickly and cleanly. They explained everything about the new tank, safety precautions, how to read the gauge, and options for refills. We were very happy with their work and so glad that we chose the company we felt more confident in. Also, their actual labor and charges was almost spot-on with the estimate. Very glad to be a customer.
