I give the 5-star rating due to the following. 1. Tim is very sociable and easy to talk to. 2. Fair pricing 3. Job completed as promised. 4. Detailed report including photo's 5 Answered all questions. NOTE: again, disregard the earlier review of 4 1/2-star rating. Think my keyboard had an attitude problem :)

Tim was very thorough with the inspection. He explained every thing as he went along. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He also went over everything with me again after the inspection. He answered all of my questions and I felt very confident moving forward with the purchase of the home. Money well spent!
