The company got their two halves and left. He would not have came and remove any debris if I hadn't called. I was home when they left with the second half. All that was needed was to stop and ask if I would like anything else done. I should have been on site to bother instead of leaving alone to do their work. After the worse curse out I have ever received propbably the most unprofessional company I have ever known. I tried contacting the mortgage comapany to notify how they were. No response because they have their two halves. Since the mortgage company is in Tennessee I beleive they didn't care how I was treated either.
Description of Work: Family members had adouble wide mobile home on my property. The mobile home was repossesed. The mortgage company hired Melvin's Mobile Home Service to remove mobile home from property. They came on afternoon of 1/31 to weld tongues onto trailer. They came on 2/1 to remove the two halves. While removinmg the two halves, I asked the owner, Robert Shepard, if he planned on taking the steps. He stated yes. I didn't think I had to ask if they would take all the debris and trash to include anchor rods. They left a mess, skirting, skirting track, ac ducts, concrete steps, and septic piping. I called and asked if he would remove all the trash. He stated he would the next day. He didn't come the next day because he forgot. He came the second day after another phone conversation. After coming home expecting trash to be gone I went down there and saw the concrete steps still there, and at this time to my disbeleif all the anchors still in the ground which requires equipment I do not have to remove. I called Robert again, and asked if hew was planning on removing the approximately 24 anchors from the ground, and he stated no. I then stated if I ever did decide to move another mobile home into the lot he would not be my choice. He then cussed me out for a good minute with 30+ explicitives to nasty for me to type. I advised I didn't have any equipment to remove the anchors. He stated he didn't care and I was stuck with them. This man did not care to do a quality job.
