Shane took a few days to get us a quote, then we adjusted the work to fit our budget. The work was scheduled within a couple of days, and the results are fantastic! Our deck was dirty and covered with a think layer of mold, and now it looks as good as new. I highly recommend these guys. They do good work and are very professional and responsive.

Charles did a great job on all the projects we requested. We had trouble with our pump and he was so patient while we had someone come out to service it, and he was able to complete everything. He never complained and was always pleasant during the whole transaction. He walked us through after all was done and was very conscientious about the job he did. He was very professional and we appreciate him doing such a great job! The scheduling of the job was also done very professionally and they were in contact during the whole process. Thank you! They cleaned the roof of mold and dirt,it is a large high roof, power washed the gutters and overhang, cleaned a very bad stucco chimmney, washed all the sidewalk, driveway, turn around and culvert cement toppings. Bill the employee doing the job, is a very hard and knowledgeable worker. We will use them again when needed.

I am extremely satisfied with the cleaning of my home. It looks brand new and there are no signs of any mildew. I would definitely use this company again. I would also highly recommend Mandrell's Pressure Cleaning to anyone seeking professionalism and a thorough job. AWESOME!

Poor

Great overall experience. Initial communications were by phone and email and although very informative, a little impersonal for my husband who is used to contractors providing estimates in person (I had less issue with this as Shane described he looked at the house on Google Earth to complete estimate). Actual service provider was Tory (sp?) , who came a little later than I was told he would, but was here almost all day and did a thorough, great job--(the treatment took 10-15 years off the appearance of the house). Payment was requested after Shane was sure we were happy with the job. We would definitely do business with again.
