Ken Roche Plumbing Now Inc

The owner’s son came to my house at the request of my landlord to replumb my toilet and shower. The work wasn’t performed as directed by the contractor performing the remodel. The plumber tied the sink drain into the toilet waste in the wrong location. Now the plumbing is set in concrete and the measurements of the shower has to be altered as a result of the plumber’s work. After the plumber left the job I noticed his mess he left inside and outside my house. The old plumbing parts was cast aside in my yard and I had to shovel up 15 gallons of busted up concrete out of my house that the plumber left . I contacted Ken, the owner of Plumbing Now and the father of the plumber that did the work, about the mess his plumber (son) left in my house. He told me that this was standard practice in the construction business. It was then that I informed Ken that I’ve been in the construction business myself since 1989 and what he was telling me was not standard practice in the industry nor was it a part of construction etiquette. I told him that it is never okay or proper to leave a mess or garbage behind in a customer’s house. Ken immediately became belligerent with me over the phone and told me that I needed to stop talking. On a separate matter I’m taking up with the local Sheriff concerns the plumber threatening to take my dog. The plumber also made me feel uncomfortable when he continued to ask about “my stuff “. Several times he mentioned that I have a lot of stuff and “what was I doing with this stuff”. Later my landlord told me that he asked him privately on three separate occasions about “all my stuff “. The Sheriff’s department is currently looking into this matter and is communicating with the neighboring counties about this plumber. The plumber and everyone associated with Plumbing Now is no longer allowed on the property. What has this country come to when a man’s dog is no longer safe?

He was very friendly, he was great at his job. The only thing that bothered us (this includes my husband), is he didn’t wash his hands after bare hand work, so everything he touched had to be bleached, he put his nasty plunger on my brand new kitchen counter and he put nasty sewage water down our brand new sink. I have bleached everything several times but I am having a hard time getting these images out of my head. Please understand he is good at his job, but if these things bother you just make sure you say something to him beforehand. I am sure he would be very open to your requests.

Perfect and seamless! We were so worried that a line had collapsed from vegetation growth but it wasn't ! What a relief!

We will definitely use him when we have to replace the water heater.

One had to be removed to install a new HVAC system. Services performed describe what happened. That was not close to the original job wanted by the HVAC contractor. Plumbing Now advised and consulted as the work progressed and we came up with changes which gave us a better system and saved $800. a great team to work with.

He came and did the work when it was supposed to be done.

He replaced the line . My renter had to call him back because it was still leaking. He must have had a hard time getting the dishwasher out because he tore up the area around the dishwasher and replaced some plywood with something he must have found in a junk yard. Don't use this guy

i found ken in the phone book, and hearing that i had a handyman on site, he gave a quote, then proceeded to tell me how the handyman could remedy the situation and i'd save myself some money. i was already suspecting the handyman of various untruths and asked ken to handle the problem. it was late in the day, four o'clock or so and he came straightaway. he went over the yard with a stick, figuring out where the pipe ran. determined the problem wasn't in the pipes within my property and called the city to come deal with it. i gave him a check at that point but he stayed and helped the guy from the city until the problem was taken care of, no further charges. he also came inside the mobile, looked at the supposed leak and told me the nearly installed pipes under the sinks in the bathroom were exactly as they should be, and no leak, confirming my concerns about the handyman i'd sent off shortly before ken's arrival. he was a class act.

I got them from the phone book. Sometimes we get good providers, sometimes we don't. They were pretty good. Everything is holding up well. I understood everything that they told me. They have a pretty quick service turnaround. Most of the time they get to us pretty quickly. I used them a couple of times at my office last year. They usually come out when they say they would. They always gave me a price for the work to be done at the office. They usually give us a price before work starts. Their prices are good. I had called others to check for prices. I would have them back. I just haven't had any plumbing issues.

He was on time and I never felt uneasy having him in my home. He did a great job I have no complaints

TIMELY ARRIVAL. COURTEOUS. LOCATED PROBLEM AND CLEARED BLOCKAGE IN BACK TO BACK SINKS (IN 2 APARTMENTS). TENANT IN SECOND APARTMENT COMPLAINED THAT HER SINK LEAKED AFTER THE CLOG WAS CLEARED (SAID PIPES WERE DISCONNECTED IN THE PROCESS OF CLEARING THE CLOG. SINCE SHE WAS UNABLE TO REACH ME, SHE THEN CALLED A PLUMBER ON HER OWN TO FIX THE LEAK). WHEN I WAS MADE AWARE OF THIS SITUATION, I CONTACTED MR ROCHE AND HE AGREED TO CREDIT MY BILL FOR THE CHARGES OF THE TENANT'S PLUMBER SO THAT I COULD REIMBURSE THE TENANT FOR HER COSTS.

He is very professional, a real gentleman. He is a very clean and tidy worker. He is very punctual. He is efficient, and gives great advise. He goes beyond expectations.

A bit pricey but very professional, punctual, efficient, and courteous.
