+ -1 moreThis man is a real jerk; I called him when my girlfriend and I locked ourselves out of the house - it's the first day of summer and over 100 degrees out, he tells me that "if I'm in a hurry to call someone else" and hangs up on me. It took all I had not to call him back and verbally pound him. The locksmith I called afterwards said he hears this alot and doesn't know how he stays in business.
