Called me back next morning. Set up service for same day. Very prompt and professional. Definitely use them again.

A week after the installation, the owner of the company called me to tell me that he found out that I am eligible for a partial rebate from the City. This company continues to think about the interests of the customer after the transaction is complete. I am impressed. Also, at the time of the installation, they were informative and helpful and it is clear that they take pride in their work.

We actually ended up using a different company, but Epic responded very quickly (on a Sunday!) to our request and did the estimate the next day. Very professional!
