The guys showed up exactly when they said they would. We had a couple of days where it was rainy weather and the guys worked most of the day and they completed all 4 roofs in about a weeek with the weather.

Excellent job from beginning to end. Everyone was personable and professional from Estimator Paul, Manny and his entire installation crew, Joe his supervisor and Katie in the office. Would recommend for any roofing needs.

Wonderful! Doug, Don's roofing supervisor, came to my house within a day after I called. During the visit I asked him a variety of questions about my attic space, roofing insulation, condition of my current roof, and concerns about water spots on the ceiling of my front porch as well as a question about my home addition. He answered all of my questions as well as some about the addition they put in. The answers really put my mind at ease and he did not try to push me to fix anything on the old roof or in the attic. I would say that Don and his employees are very honest, open, and straight forward. He is my preferred go to for roofing and home questions. He continues to address any concerns years after he completes the work. I highly recommend him.

He gave us a good, decent appraisal. Very courteous and polite and did great work. We went through our insurance since a tornado hit our home.

I paid half of the quoted price as deposit in mid July and was told that It would take about nine weeks to have work started. Doug came and did temporary measure to prevent further damaging the ceiling by leaking. They started the job on September 18 and took about five days due to weekend and raining days. They sent their affiliated painter to paint my ceiling free of charge.

They arrived when they said they would. Evaluated the roof and provided their recommendation. They surprisingly stated the roof was in good condition and patching would work even though we asked for an estimate to patch, replace w/shingles, or replace with metal roof. Work was completed as described and we were very pleased with their work.

Very good contractor to deal with and came in at a much lower price than competitors. Office staff and roofing crew were polite, pleasant, and accommodating. Doug was very understanding of our concerns and willing to go the extra mile to make us happy. Despite temps. In the high 90's, the highly motivated crew worked 13 hours, the first day and had 95 percent of the roof installed. They were done by noon of the second day, including a very good cleanup and inspection. We could not be happier. If you need a roof installed, I would look no further than Don Reed Consruction

The final product is just what we expected. Very nice. The work is beautiful. As with all construction projects there were a few little bumps along the road but Don was right there every day to address issues with the subcontractors. His assistants were also very friendly and helpful and made sure that work was being done correctly. Don is super easy to get along with and addressed any issues that we had with the construction during and after the project was complete. Several of his sub contractors said that they really liked working with him because of his friendliness and professionalism. Initially we were going to go with other contractors, but decided to go with Don and do not regret that decision. If we had another building project we would go with him as well.

Went very well, on time and did what was contracted to do. Had one small mishap where a caulk can fell down a pipe. They contacted a plaumber and had him get can out at their cost and my satifaction

From the bid to the finish, very professional. All member of staff workers were clean, polite and professional. Always on time, called ahead to schedule time, explained work, problems, options - outstanding - even the clean up!!

First they put the roof on the mobile home next door to me, Oops! Then when doing my roof, someone put their foot through my ceiling. It rained that night and started leaking where the hole was in my ceiling. Don Reed was very apologetic both times and had the roof leak fixed the next day. He offered to fix the ceiling but I wanted to make sure the roof was still not leaking, and it is not. My husband is going to fix the ceiling.

Arrived as promised, worked all day every day until completed. Work was done as quoted and looks great. Very long warranty! Workers were quiet and courteous. If I have other work that he does, will call on Don Reed Roofing again, with out a doubt.,

Workers arrived on time and were friendly and professional. The project was finished quickly, even with the rain. We are very satisfied with the work and would highly recommend them. We plan on having them do a roof on our other home soon.

mr. reed came out when he said he would and give the estimate, he was right on time, and very nice. we had a couple of other estimate's done, although reed's was the highest(not by much) we chose to go with him. we could not be more pleased. they told us it would be about a three week wait, his men showed up at about that time and went to work that Monday, I work nights so at about 8:00 in the morning I was woke up, but I expected to be, they apologize (none needed). these guys worked all day, I think they have maybe felt sorry for waking me up, so they worked till 10:30 that night , and got the job done, they left off what they had to for the inspection the next day, but other than that it was done, and looked great. I can say that all five of the guys working were all very respectful and professional all day. it was very hot and these guys worked all day(didn't stop much at all).and I have to tell you that in the course of the day my spray nozzle off the hose got lost, the next day I ask the two that came back, and we looked for it and he called to ask the others about it, so I said no problem I can get another one and the matter was closed (no problem), when my wife went to pay the rest of the bill two days later in the bag of cookies for us was a spray nozzle, that meant a lot to us that we didn't even have to say anything to don about it...if your in this area and need a roof or any construction done I highly recommend don reed construction in lake city fl.

From start to finish they were on time, courteous and id the work as professionals. I would highly recommend Reed Roofing to anyone.

The owner Don Reed came out initially to look at roof and go over options with us as to what we could do to replace the roof on our house. We decided we wanted prices on two different options. He called us to meet at his office and go over the prices at our convenience. We decided on the metal roof over an asphalt roof because there was not a whole lot of difference in price. They were pretty quick in getting it installed. We only had one problem. I went to use my washing machine and it wouldn't drain properly. We found out something had falling down a pipe from the roof that lead into the drain for the washing machine. Don Reed was very good about paying the cost of having it fixed. Overall we have been very satisfied with them.

Mr. Don Reed was so very nice and prompt in my dealings with him and his office. He has a very nice crew of men who did the actual work and i am very pleased with their service.

From the time I called for a quote, to confirm the job, to the job, to completing the job; the company, i.e. employees were professional, on time and cleaned up after the job.
