Description of Work: We hired them to replumb the house. The work itself was fair (some sloppy work including fixture damage and leaky seals). The problem was the inability to show up when scheduled. A job that was quoted as taking 1-2 days took over 30 days. Receptionist dodged our calls and lied when we did get her on the phone. We were told that the plumbers were "definitely coming" at least 20 times, no one showed up, no one called. Meanwhile we didn't have running water. In the end we spent 15 days with no hot water, 6 days with no water at all, and 30 days with no washer hookups. When they did show up, (usually late afternoon), they stayed for a few hours then left citing that they don't get paid for overtime. We were VERY accommodating, but were lied to over and over by this company. To be fair, we started making the appointments directly with the plumbers and got better results. The office was over booking them, then lying to customers about it.

septic tank
+ -1 moreThey couldn't get the lid back out. They took no responsibility for this. Now, I have to buy a new lid for my septic tank. He charged me for 2 hours because he spent an extra hour trying to get the lid out. It was his error and he charged me for an additional hour.
Description of Work: They dug up the septic tank and dropped the lid into the tank.

+ -1 more.All our plumbing issues have always been resolved the first tim with no call back each time we have needed a plumber. We do not have any complaints with this company. I don't remember the cost from the times we have called because we needed a plumber and as I said the cost of the plumbing work for the remodel was included in the all inclusive remodeling fees.
Description of Work: A new kitchen sink and plumbing were installed. He has at another time came out and unstopped the old kitchen sink. Issues were always resolved and cost was reasonable. They did all the plumbing when our kitchen was remodeled including hooking up new dishwasher and water line to the refrigerator. The cost was all inclusive in the cost of the kitchen remodel.

+ -1 moreI have a small leak under my house presenting itself through my hardwood floors. Serviceman was nice enough and tried to put me off a day, but when I said I would have to call someone else he was suddenly not too busy and was at my house in 30 minutes. He looked under the house and reported all of the pipes looked fine and there was no leak. He may have spent 10 minutes total checking the plumbing and said there was nothing he could do as there was nothing wrong. He then charged me a $95 service fee. I later called the company to ask what they thought I should do next as there is still a leak in the floor. The serviceman agreed to come back out and drill a hole in my "subfloor" to make sure the leak was not between the subfloor and the actual hardwood flooring. Turns out he was wrong and there IS NO subfloor!! He drilled a hole right through my 65 year old hardwood floors! Then he left without securing the spots under my floor he cut into and said he was sorry about the hole he created in the actual floor. So I am $95 poorer, I still have a leak and now I have a hole in my floor that I have to get repaired.
