First contact was 10/24/13. I left a message with a phone number - she used redial instead of the number I asked her to call. Scheduled a 10 AM appt on 10/25/13 for an estimate to clean my home. 10/25/13 - she called the redial number and told me her daughter was in labor and she was going to the hospital. She rescheduled for 10 AM on 10/26/13. 10/26/13 - She was a NO-SHOW and did not call to say she would not be there or to reschedule.

My brother-in-law purchased a used 5th-wheel camper. The trailer had been sitting for a long time and was absolutely filthy, inside and out. There were dead bugs everywhere, the microwave had mold in it, and the refrigerator was discusting!!!! The outside of the trailer was green from mold!!! Edith scubbed everything!!! I was impressed with her knowledge of which chemicals to use to clean different items. She came prepared with all equipment and cleaning supplies. She worked quickly and steadily!! The inside of this trailer is spotless!!!! She took a lump of coal and turned it into a diamond!!!! When it came time to clean the outside of the trailer, there were workers there, finishing up a deck. Edith had to wait until they were finished, before she could start cleaning. She was very patient, and professional, while she waited. She then scrubbed the outside of the trailer and it looked 100% better!!! Edith goes out of her way with the little things. Example: she brought air freshner to put in the air conditioner. Who else do you know that does that?? When she was done with the job, she asked what we thought. She was proud of her work, because she puts her soul into her work. You can tell she takes pride in her work and loves doing it,. This makes all the difference!!!! I HIGHLY recommend CDR Cleaning Service and will use her EVERY time we need something cleaned. We have some rental houses and have already told Edith that we will use her for move out cleanings. Please do yourself a favor, if your home needs to be cleaned, call Edith Fordham at CDR!!!!!

They did a very thorough job cleaning the kitchen bathrooms and dining room. The price was reasonable for the amount of time they spent cleaning. The only thing they could have done better was mopping. I have laminate and tile throughout the entire house, some areas needing a touch up after they left, if I noticed it before they left I'm sure they would have taken care of it.
