 + -1 moreThe technician that sprays my home, Brandon, almost always arrives on time (or he's called if he is going to be late). He is very friendly and always makes conversation. He takes his time and is very thorough. He did some special treatment for ants because they had found their way into my kitchen, but I haven't seen them since. We had been hearing noises under our house that we think may be some kind of and quot;critterand quot;, so he took the time to check for signs and treat for that as well. Their customer service lady is very nice also.

Description of Work: Rodent and insect control. However, we are still hearing rodent sounds - the reason for calling. It has only been a few days, and we were told the service is guaranteed for 30 days. Nice, professional servicemen.

 + -1 moreIt went great. We had been battling ants for months with another company getting nowhere. Anthony came in and let us know we needed to do some maintenance around the house to help eliminate this problem. He performed a thorough inspection and found the source of the entry for the ants! He treated the home both inside and out and gave us a plan on what to do to help eliminate the problem for good! They are by far the most courteous folks in the local pest control business!
Description of Work: Aspen pest control was called for re-treat services after ANOTHER company refused. They were prompt, fair and very nice. Anthony was my service technician and he was professional and told us everything we needed to do to help eliminate our problem. His his pest control service AND his suggestions we are now pest free at a great price!
