Bad experience, the only positive thing I like the color of the door and it has windows in it, in other words is not solid.

It's good to know there are still companies which can be counted on to perform a professional ,quality services. It was hard for use to find someone who serviced the Lake City area. The Lake Butler office came out, gave us an estimate and a few days later removed and replaced our 7x16ft door. The mechanic was top notch and very polite as well knowledgeable. It's great to see workers who take pride in their work.I highly recommend this team for anyone who needs a quality job in the Lake City area. C.S

Installer made a mistake; drilled out the door panel threaded bores. Not a problem if fixed. It took 6 weeks to replace the panel. Then, nothing worked. Lamar Bear will not return calls, text messages or emails; nor come back to finish the repairs. Would not recommend this company.

The work was great and happy with the cost. However, The company never called to let me know he would not be on time, and arrived more than 2 hours late. Devin was courteous and professional and got the repair (couplers) replaced quickly. Yes I highly recommend this company.

The first time this company came out they "fixed" my garage door because it wouldn't open and close. Then it started acting funny. Come to find out the spring that I paid to have replaced drove a hole in my roof. When I tried to talk to Nick about it he sped out of my driveway.
