Very good job for the money. They did a great job. Just logistically they could have been a smidge better. But I am overall very pleased.

This person was awesome and contained his professionalism and was friendly and kind. He did his job and we’re were very happy with the service. We’d use him again.

The technician recommended to replace the bottom door seal and install a new track. They could not do the replacement since they did not have the "track" on their truck and it would involve another service call fee. If they had the new track with them, I would have purchased it. I removed the old bottom door seal from the existing track, modified the track and reinstalled the track with a new seal I bought on Amazon . I ended up saving almost $200 by doing it myself.

The gentleman was very polite and friendly.

They got the job done but only after rescheduling twice. I had to call their office to confirm appointment & twice was told I would get a call back from technician & didn't. The 2 very young men that finally showed up had NO people skills. They only hold me what they were doing when I asked, barely spoke to me, made me feel as though they resented being there.

They responded promptly to my repair request. The technician was friendly, explained his assessment of repair that needed to be done and did a thorough job in completing the repair. I was very happy with their work.

Dan was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of details about my garage options, pros, and cons.

The technician showed up 10 minutes early for what I thought was going to be a quick and easy fix of my garage door system. After realizing it was not going to be as simple as initially thought, they offered to return the following day to instal a brand new system. The technician was very professional and took the time to explain everything to me while he was there. Would highly recommend!

Prompt scheduling and on time appointment. They repaired the door within my budget parameters on their first visit.

On my initial call, I told the tech what the door was doing and he suggested what I could try without the cost of a service person coming to the house. Unfortunately it was not that simple and on my call back they scheduled a prompt service call. I am very pleased with their service.

They came over the next day. I was very impressed by the service call. My garage sounds and runs like new.

my door frame was rotten and I was unable to get a carpenter out to work on it. Santa Fe was able to complete the wood work, cover it with aluminum to make it professional looking and then install the new garage door!
