 + -1 moreDean came out and he was great, courteous, punctual, polite etc. Very nice guy. Unfortunately, he was not the same person that came out to spray, which initially, no big deal. I was out of town (my husband was home to let him in etc). So I checked in on the security cameras and happened to catch him urinating next to our brand new A/C unit. We had to call them back out because the guy hadn't finished what we were quoted for. Which, by the way I noticed through conversation with my husband. The company or the the guy never mentioned he didn't finish the job. So after calling the office and rescheduling, he returned to finish putting granules in our attic. Upon his return, my husband mentioned he was seen urinating in our yard. The bug guy informed my husband that his boss tells them to urinate in people's yards. Gross. Unprofessional, and I'd much rather someone we pay services to, to use our restroom, not urinate in our yard. Not to mention a potential exposure of sexual organs charge. We will not be calling them back out.
Description of Work: We had/have an infestation of brown widows, and couldn't keep roaches from coming in constantly.

Description of Work: Very prompt and professional. Came back to retreat free when saw a few bugs a couple weeks later. They were highly recommend to us and we will continue to use them and recommend them.
