I like them. They do a good job. They in here within a hour.

Excellent experience with Diane and Bobby. They are professional, responsible, reliable, and honest. Also, they provide other services such as window cleaning and pressure washing as needed for an additional (very reasonable) fee, and do a very good job on these as well.

They did a good job but are too expensive. Similar in pricing to Molly Maids. They have a four person crew so the work is done quickly and efficiently. I liked their personalities and they worked hard with just a little joking around which seemed to keep them smiling while they worked and kept their cohesiveness. I recommend them but as I said they are too expensive for the size of my ranch style house.

They are average to better than average. They move to quickly.

The first cleaning was good. The proof in the pudding will be future cleanings. I've hired other cleaning services that went dramatically downhill after the first cleaning. Will review again in a few months.

Diane, Stephanie and Bobby did a great job cleaning our house. From the ceiling fans to the baseboards, and everything in between they cleaned thouroghly! Will have them back on a regular basis.

It went very well, right from their first visit to give me a quote. All 4 of the staff members who would be doing the work came for the initial meeting. Therefore, I only needed to explain what I wanted done one time! They were punctual, took no breaks, and finished the work within the estimated time. I do plan to continue using them on a regular basis.

Diane and her group of 3 additional cleaners have been cleaning our house now for almost a year and we have three cats. They are exceptionally nice and good. Only one time did I have to ask someone clean something and they were most congenial about doing it. They come on time (earlier usually which is fine) and complete everything in record time leaving the home looking beautiful. We have also used Robert for power washing our home ($125) and he did a wonderful job on it and because of his quality work, our neighbor also hired him!!!

Originally hired on Angie's List recommendation. First time used last year (mid-July) to do thorough, in-depth cleaning. Did good job and recommended to my disabled sister for regular cleanings, twice per week. I Hired again in December, paid $278 for complete, floor to ceiling cleaning. Job was hit and run. Surface areas cleaned but not what I paid for. I mentioned I was not completely satisfied and was told my house was filthy and I should not wait so long to call them! Allowed them to continue to clean my sister's home where they did an adequate job. After picking up a family member who lives with my sister from a week's hospital stay and using the guest bath, there was a distinct and pungent urine smell (it actually smelled like a roadside gas station toilet). This was after the house had been cleaned earlier in the week. I personally cleaned it myself and rid the bathroom of the urine smell. When I called to cancel services, I was informed they had thoroughly cleaned it with commercial cleaners and did the best they could. I told the owner I personally cleaned it and it no longer smelled. Have never used a service that blamed me for their lack of performance.

The crew Diane had did a very good job. I was not there at the time but my sister was. She said they came up, quickly divided up their tasks and went to work. My wife was very happy with the service, and we will (and are) using them again. I had called Diane several times to coordinate this cleaning (and several others), and she always returned my calls within the business days (usually within an hour or so). So communication was very good. She asked if we were satisfied and said, "if there was anything not perfect, let us know and we will get it taken care of".

Diane and her Crew did an excellent, professional job. They were on-time, went straight to work and each team member knew exactly what to do. As a major task was completed, they asked me to review it with them and approve before moving on to the next task. They met all of my expectations and I've used a routine cleaning services for 20 years. Be prepared to be specific as expectations vary and pricing is dependent upon type of tasks. Heavy cleaning will cost more. Diane priced this perfectly for a house that was newly painted, with new flooring and needed basic cleaning and disinfecting before move-in .I have no problem recommending Diane and her team.

They showed up on time, even a little early, to do an inspection in order to see what they would be charging us. The first thing the owner did was to run her finger along the top of the bookcase checking for dust, which we thought was rather rude. The main reason we wanted to use their services was because my mom and I find it difficult to reach high places and Robert (?) looked behind the piano and said it needed to be vacuumed, and that he could take care of that, plus he said he could clean the vent in the ceiling. We told them they didn't need to do the lanai and the third bedroom. Mom said they could come any time, but she kept insisting they could come that Saturday. She did say, though that only 2 of them would be coming because she had a previous appointment as did the 4th member of the team. Mom said again there was no rush but she pretty much ignored her. When they came back that Saturday, they wasted no time getting to work. They were there for between an hour and a half and 2 hours. When they were finished, Robert showed us the kitchen and the living room, which is what he had cleaned. We were very impressed with the kitchen, especially the cabinets; they were wonderful! He did one thing Mom didn't think was right and that was that when he was done mopping up the floor, he wiped the mop on the carpeting, even though he did vacuum a few minutes later. The girl was cleaning the 2 bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms. The bathrooms were beautiful, and the fixtures were incredibly shiny and for a while seemed to be spot resistant. However, in the master bedroom, she didn't dust behind any of the articles on the dressers. She only went over the very fronts of them. She barely did my bedroom at all. She went in there and vacuumed some but she didn't do any dusting at all. When I called the owner a couple of days later to tell her we weren't satisfied, she never once apologized. I told her why we weren't happy and she said that our place was very dusty and dirty and just made excuses for her employees. I was very offended by that remark because first of all it may have been dusty but it wasn't dirty. Second of all, did she think we wanted her to come in and clean a house that didn't need cleaning? Third of all we have 2 cats and a dog and as she said herself, they create their own dust. I felt that even if she felt that way, she should have kept it to herself. It was, in my opinion, very unprofessional. She did offer to come back and do what wasn't done, but Mom just didn't want her in the house again so I told her no, we'd manage on our own at which point she hung up on me.

Were here at 9:00 AM and were out the door by 10:10 AM and everything was clean and smelled wonderful. Four of them came in and spread out and did their own work.

I am 3,000 miles away from my property. I live in California and my property is a rental in Florida. After having an outstanding positive experience with the painting of my house using a vendor found on Angie's List, I went back to search for an house cleaning company on Angie's List. I found only one in the area Tip Top Maid. I left a voice message and Diane Johnson was very prompt in returning my call. We spoke on the phone and I told her about the paint job and the new carpet to be installed. I told her that I needed the galley kitchen with all of the appliances (especially the oven) and the two bathroom to be cleaned inside out. I also told her about the bath tub in the main bathroom that needed special attention due to rust on the surface. Diane told me not to worry that they have commercial strength cleaning agent that would take care of it. I also asked her to include in the quote the cleaning of all the windows. At that point, she recommended that we wait until after the installation of the carpet to get the cleaning job done and that she was going to reach out to my sister-in-law, who lives in the area to schedule an appointment to better assess the work to be done and submit a quote. I agreed. But unfortunately the work assessment appointment never took place. On the date that was schedule for that appointment, Diane's crew, a male acting as supervisor and two women showed up. The male told my sister-in-law that it would cost $250 to do the job. My sister-in-law called me from the property and I also spoke to the man to tell him what I needed to be done and gave him the OK to do the job. According to my sister-in-law, the cleaning crew spent approximately 4 hours. Keep in mind that the house was vacant, the galley kitchen and bathrooms are small and there are only 9 windows. In the end, its the result that matters. I do not mind paying extra for the best possible outcome. That was not the case with Tip Top Maid. The crew did clean all of the areas and windows adequately and the house did look clean. My disappointment stems from Diane not going to the house to assess the work and confirm what could be done or not done with the areas of concern with the tub and the oven. Was the job worth the $250 that I paid? My sister-in-law was not impressed. The jury is out on that one!

I scheduled an appointment with her, the night before her appointment she called and said she'd see me tomorrow, the next day I waited and waited but no one showed.

It went very well. They were short one person they normally have, but stayed longer to complete the job.

They are always on time, friendly and they are proficient, organized and perform a great cleaning job.

Tip Top Maids were on time, reasonable prices and professional.

It went very well. I spend $80 a month. They're efficient, they do a good job and then they go. The work went very well.

They did an okay job, but left some things not up to par.

They were very efficient. Each worker in the group went to her own assigned work and worked independently of the others. They did more cleaning in 2.5 hours than the elderly home owner could have done in a month ! They were also very cheerful, and he enjoyed the "company". There was no fault with their cleaning at all. There was a little difficulty later in finding where things in the kitchen had been put away, but without an assigned place for everything, that is very understandable ! This business has come twice and was as good the second time as the first. Very satisfied customer who is very particular about who he allows into his home.

Tip Top Maid always arrives on time. After exchanging pleasantries the 3 person team got down to business for next 1 1/2 hours.

Diane & her crew were on time and went right to work - all worked well together and did a great job.

The most important thing to me is that are very trustworthy and careful. I was in the hospital, and afterwards in a rehab home for many weeks. It was a pleasure to return to my home. It was spotless, every last inch of it. I have called them to come and help me when unexpected guests have com in to visit, and they have never let me down. I give Tip Top Maids A resounding Grade A.
