+ -1 moreI learned a lot about my computer and how to fix similar problems in the future. Ken was very willing to share any information he had with me that might be useful, in a way that was easy to understand.
Description of Work: A technician came to my home and repaired my internet connection. He did this very quickly and used the remaining time that we had together to explain what he did, and to fix other minor issues.
