SUBURBAN SEPTIC TANK SVC

The drain field functions, but the yard on the side of the house looks horrible. We had to have our lawn company come out and redo all the sprinklers that were done incorrectly and will probably need them to redo sod work. The accessory drain that increased our cost $`1000 does not have any type of cover to keep out critters and somehow they are now saying they did not install the drain. The woman who owns the company has no customer service skills. She is rude, short tempered, and is not taking responsibility for a poor/unfinished job. They also do not send statements for payment and when I asked for one she was insanely rude, even drafted a poorly worded letter basically yelling at us for wanting a statement.

They are excellent. I had already used them before to put in a new drain field after tenants caused serious damage. They were recommended to me by the people at my county Building and Safety department when I had to get a permit to do the new drain field. I just called them up and left a message telling them I think the filters needed changing. They did not even call me back; they just went out and did it so the next thing I knew they were done. I recommended them to my son who is buying a new house that has a septic system. Their inspector who came out found an abandoned tank that was starting to cave in and he found where the plumbing for the washer and the kitchen water had not been connected to the other system. It was just kind of going out into the yard. All of those repairs would have been about $8,000 and if my son had not had the inspection done and discovered that he would really have been in serious trouble when the escrow closed because he would have had to do all that right away. The drain field was not working because it was plugged up. He was there at least two hours

They showed me where everything was. He explained everything to me, so I could pull roots out. They were a little cheaper than everybody else. I've had other people do it, and he was way better.
