+ -1 moreIt was a pleasant experience shopping at Pinch A Penny in the Villages. The store was clean and attractive. The sales personnel were ready to help out as soon as we walked through the door. And they were extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell. We bought the vacuum they advised (not pressured) us to buy. We were very happy with it. It works great and was well worth the cost. We were happy with our purchase and the help we received. This business will always be our and quot;go to storeand quot; for pool supplies.
Description of Work: We needed to purchase a pool vacuum for our very large pool. The sales people at Pinch a Penny were very helpful in helping us find the right size vacuum that would work well in our pool, but not cost us an arm and leg.

+ -1 moreHe advised that the pump was running fine and didn't need replacement. He was very courteous and very professional. Rather than trying to sell me a new pump, Greg the owner was honest and advised it wasn't necessary. He was very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of pool care. Greg is a business owner of true character.
Description of Work: They came out for a service call and planned to have them replace a pool pump.
