Super. We had signed up for pest control and lawn service last spring before we left. When we came back we found things acceptable. When the rep stopped by he took a look around and said it was not acceptable so he called in the people needed. They were here the next day and we have not had a problem since. Great work. Great response.

They did an awesome and I will continue to use their services as needed. I would highly recommend to others.

We live in New Jersey, and the house is in Florida, but they have been very reliable. We have had one or two problems at the house, but the management company should have been aware of it, but Massey has alerted us too, which has been very helpful. The price was competitive, and they do an excellent job.

We are satisfied with them. We have had them since we first purchased our house. They were on a schedule with us for landscaping, and they came the other day to do pest control. Their price is average. When you call them, they are very responsive. We had a bug problem inside, and they came and took care of that right away. They have come out for landscaping within a day or two of us calling them. I would recommend them to other people.

They did a good job, I had an area that wasn't getting enough water, so they put in a system there. My lawn has been getting water there now and looks better. I also paid for service agreement, so they come out four times a year to check the system. I can also call them if there are problems and they will come out at no charge. They come when they say they are going to.

The builder who built the house we purchased used them to do termite protection, so we just kept them because it was easy.

The service went well; as stated above, the applications were made in a timely fashion, questions asked were answered, and applications kept the lawn looking good.

The people at Massey Services Inc provide great service and they do what they say they will do. I have been using them for 5 years. I pay them annually.

Overall, it went very well. I am extremely pleased.

Initial visit by Massey rep went great. He explained everything thoroughly to me, gave me a quote right there, and explained future quarterly visits by Massey. He also explained the termite bond and treatment to me.

We like the fact that they come out in every two months to service our sprinkler system, and check if there is any need to repair. They actually have somebody else come out to do the pest control service. The lawn looks great. They seemed to know what they are doing. They are professional. We like the fact that they don't use excess of chemicals. They don't charge extra for any other services. We haven't compared their prices with anyone.

They are very efficient. They respond quickly and take care of any problems right away. Their people are very courteous. They dress really professionally and represent their company quite nicely.

They are just great! They may not be the cheapest but if you find the tiniest spider they ll be at your house right away. They ll quickly and thoroughly check around to make sure that you don t have any more problems.
