 + -1 moreThe service was fine. The only reason they did not get an A rating was just because there were a couple of days where they had issues that they could not show up. They need to streamline their process so it does not take so long. I guess they do a lot of bathrooms and they only work like a few hours a day so it drags out like three weeks. They need to find out a way. The reason they do that is because things need to dry. Their price is just about average.
Description of Work: I had bathroom remodeling done by Kitchen & Bath Studio of Ocala.

 + 1 moreThe contractor was very good with the details. The subcontractors were excellent and first knew what was quality and second how to make sure that installation was top notch. The construction was on time starting and finishing. The contractor and subs were very attentive to what we had to say about the job. Their interpersonal action was exemplary. That made the final product satisfactory to us because they were able to listen to some of our requests for some extra details that were not in the initial plans and incorporate them into the final design. I recommend Kitchen and Bath of Ocala in The Villages. They delivered.
Description of Work: Remodel kitchen cabinets/counter tops and master bath vanity / mirrors and lights.

 + -1 moreEverything went according to the discussions we had. Just some minor communication problems between original contract and some work. But was corrected immediately to our satisfaction.
Description of Work: Redid master bath with new shower, counter and sinks and faucets. Redid second bath with removal of tub to shower and counter with sink. Both baths with cultured marble and glass shower doors and commercial grade faucets. Redid kitchen with quartz counters and granite sink with commercial grade faucet.

 + 1 moreOverall this was a wonderful experience from start to finish!
Description of Work: The owner is on premises, and works directly with customers. Explained the different options we had, came to our home himself to measure our space and put a estimate in writing in a detailed, easy to understand format. Rick, his foreman was also on site to ensure everything was done right the first time. We did ask them to make a change to the original plan. Rick walked us thru what he could do to get what we wanted. The project is finished, and looks amazing! In talking to Paul (the owner) we discovered he came to The Villages and opened a business here, after having the same business in Rochester, NY for more than 30 years. This combination makes for a great customer experience, and I knew I was not just "being sold". Loved his work ethic, the crew was polite, neat, cleaned up after themselves and while remodeling projects are usually a nightmare, this was a dream come true!

Counter top products include Granite, Quartz (Cambria, Silestone, Cesarstone, Hanstone, Viatera & Zodiac) solid surface (Corian & HiMacs) as well as laminate tops by Formica and Wilsonart. Our no grout cultured marble shower pan is HUD certified non-slip/skid.
