Knew what they were doing.

Everything about the experience was excellent. The "help desk" associate clearly understood our need and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The technician arrived within 5 minutes of the scheduled time. The disposal clog was corrected within minutes with recommendations made to avoid future problems. The recommendations have been followed and we have experienced no further issues, We requested that our toilets be replaced with "comfort level" models and were advised of the multiple types of toilets available. Each option was fully explained and, once our choices were made, the technician placed a call to his office and placed the order. We were told that we would be contacted within 48 hours for a scheduled delivery and install date. We were contacted less than 24 hours later and had a delivery scheduled for the following week. The schedule was met exactly on time and the installation was completed within an hour, which was half the estimated time. This saved us a full hour of labor cost. While Kiley and Sons is not the least expensive plumber that we could have used, the old saying of "you get what you pay for" was very applicable to the superior work that they did.

The plumber arrived at the exact time, diagnosed the problem which was a cracked tank (who knew a tank could crack?), and replaced the toilet on the same day. He was professional, pleasant, and clearly experienced. Considering I had not planned this expense, and was hoping for an easy and inexpensive repair, this was a relatively pleasant experience. Good contractors are hard to come by in this area, and Kiley and Sons is a bright spot among them!

Overall, the working with Kiley & Sons Plumbing was a pleasant and satisfactory experience. Their work was excellent and pricing was very reasonable. We would recommend their service to everyone.

My husband tried to release the clogged tolier but was unable to do so. I ask Angie's list for the best plumber in our area. We called them and they came the same day. He released the clog and proceeded to tell us that we should change a part in the tank that was not working well and wasting water. We asked him to please change it and to check] on the guest bath tank. He did so and replaced the part in both tanks.

We are new to the area and have been relying on AL to find our needed services. Kiley & Sons came up highly recommended. They offered an office/showroom that was nearby, a feature that we really liked. It worked out far better than trying to explain to someone on the phone what you needed or wanted. At their showroom you can actually see different working models that gives a customer the opportunity to pick what they like. Our experience at the shop was excellent from beginning to end. We made a choice of what we wanted and they scheduled the service call. Between our showroom visit and the day of service, Brittany called from the office to confirm our appointment and to ask if there was anything else we needed. The only "bobble" of the entire experience happened on the morning of service. Brittany called to say that our plumber would be arriving in approximately a half hour. Five minutes later we got another call from her saying that there had been an emergency and our plumber would not be there for at least two hours. Then, five minutes after that, we got a call from Chris, the plumber himself saying that whatever the emergency had been, was over, and he would be arriving close to the original appointment time. When Chris the plumber arrived he did an EXCELLENT job. He was friendly & did professional work. It didn't take him long, and he cleaned up everything when he was finished. Everything worked fine. The final good experience was that the price came in below the estimate, which is always a plus. If we should need a plumber again we would not hesitate to call Kiley & Sons and we would have no reservation in recommending them to others!

I returned home after a week-end away to find water seeping up through my tile floor, after turning off the water to the house and mopping up the mess I checked Angie's List for a plumber. Given it was New Years I didn't expect to get a response but they did call back quickly and told me what to do until they could arrive on Wednesday. Fearing the worst (pipe broken under the slab) I slept very little that night. When they arrived and heard my explaination they quickly determined the issue and fixed the problem without breaking up the tile !!

Very well. Very thorough, well done, got the result. Fully tested it before leaving and made sure all issues were fixed. Very satisfied and pleased with this service -- called and they came the same day.

The entire procedure took about two hours and went very well. The plumber was respectful and polite. I would definitely call Kiley & Sons again for any plumbing issues.

The reason I entered B for the cost is that good plumbers don't come cheap, but that said, my overall experience was excellent. The plumber from Kiley & Sons arrived. I showed him where the problems were and he went right to work. This morning, no drips from my faucets and shiny new materials (where needed)! Very professional and wanting to 'get the job done right' attitude. I would definitely call Kiley & Sons again for any of my plumbing problems.

I called and talked to Brittney at Kiley and Sons and she immediately started the ball rolling. She sent Mark Lawrence, a Service Tech, out and he gave me an estimate within an hours time. The price was very good so we started immediately. The whole process took less than a week including a sub contractor ( Allen Conerly Tile Inc). The whole process was amazing. Brittany called every morning and let me know exactly when they would be there. Everyone was top notch professional and were great to deal with. The work ethic was exceptional from everyone and they left me with a smile on my face.I will not hesitate to use Kiley and Sons again and will trust any sub contractor that they suggest. In this day and age business dealing usually result in just moderate satisfaction. I'm happy to say this was beyond my expectations. Thank you Brittney, Mark and Allen

he arrived and it took him several attempts to remove the drain, the cross bars had disintegrated, so a hacksaw was used to cut a notch in the drain and was finally able to remove it, and replaced with a new drain ....made me feel better that it wasn't just me that could not remove the drain...lol....he was very pleasant, and we have kept the cards , and will use them again if needed in the future

They came out twice. First job was not quite right for our insurance adjustor. They came again; discounted the cost and more than mets the requirements of our adjustor and insurance company.

They told me what the problem was, and they informed me on what to do to keep it from happening. They were very responsive and good to work with.

I have been somewhat satisfied with my experiences with Kiley & Sons. I was very pleased with their work. They are putting in a whirlpool tub. I had to purchase the tub myself but they did a good job installing and setting up the plumbing. I will use them in the future.

They were on time. They are honest and they do quality work. I spent around $850 on their services. I give them top grades across the board.

We spent $250 during their last visit. They are very punctual. The staff is very nice. They were very professional too. When they came in, they did it and left. They didn’t fool around. They were very productive. Their prices are fair. We would use them again in the future.

They’ve always done a good, professional job for us. They are responsive to any issues, and I consider them to be reliable. They aren’t the cheapest around, but you’ll definitely get quality work for your money.
