I had a major leak in my home and the nightmare began about 3 weeks ago. I had another plumbing service to analyze the issue and he told me I had a slab leak and needed to re-pipe the entire house, to the tune of 4,200.00.The insurance company sent out a leak detection company and found I had 3 leaking valves. One I knew about and had turned it off but the main culprit was in the guest room bath. The towels under the sink had hidden the leak and the water was flowing under the vanity, ruining the floors in adjoining rooms. I called Kiley and Sons, Inc. in the evening and the they sent a tech the next day. Very prompt service! The tech, Jacob was professional and knowledgeable (even wore shoe covers)! He fixed the problems and made a few suggestions, I agree with. The secretary I spoke with was friendly and professional. The tech, Jacob performed his job well and left everything spotless. I highly recommend this company. I will never again, use a service provider before checking with Angies List.

The plumber arrived on time and went to work - it was a hard job as the water heater and connections were very old and the location of the old water heater made it difficult. We also had him verify some repairs for our insurance company. The job was finished in 2.25 hrs.

Plumber was available by phone on Saturday and Sunday, and set up appointment for Monday morning. Plumber was on time, excellent customer service, and the work was excellent. Will use again. Highly recommended.

Nothing changed to the slow draining toilet. Plumber mentioned buildup of minerals and deposits. Not convinced!

We are renters, and our landlord was no help to us at all, we were constantly on our own. We had Grove Plumbing out, who the owner had in the past, and they said there were no roots, it was our problem, they charged us twice for the same thing...never use them! Then we had the city come out, the guy had said there were no roots at all, but it was the end the day, he didn't want to deal with anything, you could tell, it was a shame... We live near downtown Ocala, THERE ARE ROOTS! If it hadn't been for Kiley & Son coming out and figuring this out, it wouldn't be fixed. Unfortunately, the owners had to get involved and had Grove complete the work. It took them almost a year to put the 2' x 2' flag stone back in place, we had to put more dirt into the hole in front of our mailbox where the line runs to the street after the rain settled it, of course they didn't mound ANY DIRT, they just leveled soft dirt there, cheapskates!

The installer arrived at the exact time he said and quickly installed a new water heater. He told us about a rebate offer from our local gas company and even completed the form for us so that all we had to do was sign and mail. With the rebate of $350, the total cost of 40-gallon gas water heater and installation was $440. The installer was quick and very professional. We will definitely use Kiley & Sons if we need a plumber for any other reason. We recommended them to a neighbor who also used their services and was pleased.

They did some plumbing work done. I had a leaking faucet outside. I’ve been wanting to call them to get the estimate of the bathroom remodeling too. That kind of prompted me to call them. I’ve been trying to research and decide who to use. Its good, the guy was nice.

Scheduled appointment for repairs with ofice and was called the following day saying they had a opening and would I like and earlier appointment. Work went very well. All desired work was accomplished and in a reasonable time. Cost was as expected.

Pipes broke because of freezing weather. They were a big help.

Arrived promptly, completed estimate of work, received approval and completed the work in a timely manner.

Did in about one hour. Very nice man.

We were called ahead of time to tell us if they would be here when expected. Almost every contractor I have used never calls to let you know that. Chris and Jacob were on time every morning and for 3 days worked extremely hard, taking few breaks if any except lunch. Chris and Jacob worked well together so neither was ever standing around. Re-piping our house through the attic and down our walls to faucets is a difficult job.They did it extremely well. We asked Chris about doing our outside faucets and putting in a pipe to our septic tank so we could empty our travel trailer. Chris told us it was not a problem. Every time we thought of a question and there were quite a few, Chris would always smile and politely say all taken care of. They found a leak under the garage floor where the well pipe comes in. We had not known about it. They jack hammered it up and went far enough down to repair the leak. Then they filled the hole in and it is perfect. Both Chris and Jacob were always very polite and anxious for us to find approval for the work, so we were included in any decisions several times to make sure they had it right. Chris and Jacob's work could not be more excellent, when they left here there was not a scrap of paper, piece of pipe or sawdust not picked up or swept. Chris did a last walk thru with us and all was perfect. We would definably call on Kiley and sons again an even ask for Chris and Jacob for the job.

The price was very fair. They arrived on time. These people are reliable and are not ripoffs. I would definitely hire them again.

Jacob, the technician did a terrific and professional job. He diagnosed where the leak was coming from, opened the concrete floor, found the leak, cut out the section of the copper pipe with the leak, replaced the section with new pipe, heavily soldered in place, checked and double checked that there were no other leaks, filled the hole with the correct amount of dirt after insuring that the pipe was wrapped so it would not come into contact with the concrete, mixed, poured, floated and finished the concrete used to fill the hole and made the patch blend in with the surrounding concrete. He was here half the day and when he left the area was neat and clean. Excellent work...will definitely use Jacob and Kiley & Sons, Inc in the future.

The service guy arrived promptly. He told me my garbage disposal could not be fixed and that he had a replacement in the truck. I agreed to have him replace the disposal. He also rebuilt my faucet to stop it from leaking and fixed the additional leak under the sink. He was here for maybe two hours, and everything worked fine when he left. I thought he was very professional, answered all my questions, and that my problems were fixed in a timely manner.

Professional job. Small problem arose. Returned promptly next dauy and corrected problem.

Water leak in wall behind toilet in master bath. Jr. Lawrence (Kiley plumber) was able to promptly identify and repair leak. Very pleased with service. Would definitely recommend Kiley to others.

We could not have been happier. We were so afraid this would be a monstrous job and we knew it needed to get done. We saw Kiley and Sons on Angie's List, called and Rudy, the technician came the next day. He was so very kind, courteous and worked so hard to locate the problem and fix thing. He was absolutely wonderful...not only good at his job but very polite and friendly and thorough. We were so impressed and so happy to have an honest, competent, hard working employee. He showed up, snaked down as far as he could, then cut the roots from the drain. He repaired the broken piping and cleaned the drain pipe area of roots as well. He had us run every water source in the house to make sure there was no "unkown" backup left and cleaned everything up so no one would ever know he had been there digging. We cannot say enough about how nice Rudy was and how great the company is!

The installer was on time and professional. Upon completion of the job, he explained the new water filtration system, how to change filters, etc. Also, Kiley Plumbing will followup with a call in six months and, for a fee, return and change the filters for me.

Excellent, professional and well-priced care. A young man, named Chris Bealer was on time and VERY capable. Really appreciate the great service provided for my 78 yo mother!
