Description of Work: It was an emergency service call to fix a leaking hose in my kitchen sink. They advised me that Kohler had a lifetime guarantee on my facuet and that if I called they would send it free. They said to call when I received the hose and they would come back and install without a service charge. Just the time it took to install. I have great respect for the way they do business and will use them everytime. This is the second time I've called for emergency service. They responded within 1 hour this time. Excellent service.

Description of Work: I called Kiley and Sons regarding a broken hose bib. The technician showed up right on time and proceeded to review my problem and after going over some repair options proceeded to repair my problem so I wouldn't have any other problems with it. The tech was very knowledgeable, professional and yet very down to earth and personable. I will definitely use them again and will highly recommend them to my family and friends.

Description of Work: They repaired a leaking hot water line under the concrete foundation of my home. They also cleaned a very clogged drain that I couldn't get unclogged with anything--snakes, drain cleaners, pressure--nothing worked.

Nice people who respect your home and use caution with every move. Wonderful sub-contractors also. I could not have found a better group to perform the work, any ware From the removal to the final install of the new shower, everything was done very well.

Description of Work: Clean cut, very pleasant gentleman arrived on time. Found where my leak was, it was at my watersoftener control, but could not repair water softener problems. Turned on bypass valve stopping water leak. Upon request he Replaced an outside watwe bib which also leaked.The charge was more their automatic fee for coming then the faucet change.
