No response to the prospect of a $12,000 job.

His work was very good, but I found his attitude to be poor. He came across as arrogant and irritable at times. I also think his pricing wasn't very competitive. He also authorized a lean on my home with his concrete company he purchased concrete from, which I was never informed of. If the concrete company had never informed me of this lean that was placed I would have never known.I think this is where Jerome's falls very short on professionalism. Some companies will do this but they should make people aware of this and let them know once payment is cleared the lean will be released.

He was amazing. He is delightful to work with. He has good prices. He showed up when he said he was going to show up, got the job done. As a matter of fact, one of the things he did was, we had told him we were going to have the work done between the first and the fifteenth of the month, he had some lag time before that and he said he could do it but I said I couldn’t pay him until the first and he said that was okay. It was just amazing work. He cleaned up everything afterwards; it looked like no one had been here. He did a really good job. He is easy to work with. He is just really polite. I can’t say enough good things about him. I would recommend him and I would certainly use him again if I have any masonry work. He also does construction and things like that so we may come back to him for some other things.

Jerome himself arrived to perform the estimate and do measurements etc. He was very knowledgeable and personable. We chatted and he gave some advice on other potential projects. He was on time and made a very good first impression. This was followed up by workers arriving when they were supposed to and the work performed was outstanding. Could not be more pleased. I have another small project in mind and will contact Jerome first.

Jerome showed up for estimate on time, professionally dressed, vehicle cleaned. Presented himself as both professional and knowledgable. Workers arrived on schedule, work is absolutely the best! Work also included clean up!

They never called me back.

Their work was very good! Jerome was on site for quite a bit of the job.
