He is fantastic and works even on outdated systems and keeps them going as long as possible. If it is about irrigation in our area, He is the Best.

never called back

I called about a sprinkler problem, and no answered, so I left a message. I left my name and phone number and even spelled my name out. Sometime later someone called me back, so they understood my phone number. So they said they'd be out the next day between 10-11. I said great because I had another appointment at noon. He then asked what my last name was, and I spelled it again and gave my address and spelled my street name. At about 5 till 11, he called and stated he would be late, but would be there within a half an hour, which I said fine to because I had an appointment at 12:00. Then at 11:45 he called and said he needed my address, so I gave him my street again, and he said he had the wrong street name. He then didn't show up till noon. So then when he came over and I gave him my check, he said my last name was not what he had. I should have sent him away when he showed up late, and not had him run around and fix the problem quickly. I assumed the person that came out knew what he was doing, and check all the sprinklers for what I paid for it. And if they're having problems with their answering machine and can't hear what people are saying they should fix. The person that came out to fix the problem seemed to know what he was doing, and was very nice. But I'd be reluctant to recommend their service to anyone else b/c of my experience.

Company arrived and evaluated problem and repaired it on same visit.

The company has no email contact information and no website. This is an absolute negative from my perspective. They obviously don't care about Angie's list if they are unwilling to communicate online. I no longer have any tolerance for businesses that refuse to communicate the way the customer wants to communicate

I would highly recommend him. I have known him for many years. He is very well known in this area for doing quality work and using top of the line equipment, including pipe, valves, timers and heads. He makes sure everything is covered. He did a really good job. You can always want a cheaper cost but he did to it for a little less than $400 a zone and it had been going $50 to $100 more around here for awhile. And he did good work.
