Bob was punctual in responding to our request for an estimate -- sitting down with us to choose the appropriate design, colors, etc.  He was knowledgeable and professional, and we felt confident.  We had seen his work in the neighborhood, so we had a bit of familiarity with what he could do and what was involved.  He completed the project spot on time and with no hiccups.  We have no reservations in recommending him to others -- in fact, he has added even more completed projects in our neighborhood to his resume since we used his services and everyone seems well pleased.
