+ -1 moreEverything went very well. John Devine saw where water could back up under the shingles that extended over the cap's flashing. He sealed everything and also sealed around the nearby plumbing vent that could develop the same problem. He then went into the attic and inspected everything in the area where those two vents went through the roof. He said that the problem should be solved, but if not, he would return at no cost. He was very pleasant to deal with and did a very professional job.
Description of Work: During heavy rain, the vent cap for the dryer vent leaked.
