While the installation went seamlessly, no pun intended, the customer service that I recieved in the store was poor. Originally I worked with a salesman named Alex who was very helpful and pleasant. He came to the house to measure and give an estimate on a Sunday morning. The estimate was reasonable and I decided to purchase all the flooring. Alex told me he would be out of the store for a few weeks but the paperwork would be at the store. The next day, Nov 19, 2012, I went in to order the floors. When I got there I saw a different carpet that was more plush than the one originally picked. I brought the sample home to check the color but before leaving the store asked if the $100 coupon would still be good on the order the next day since it expired on Nov. 19. I was assured by Doug that it would be. I returned on Nov. 20 coupon in hand to place the order which came to $8500. I gave Doug the coupon and he said, and quot; You already got $1000 off - what else do you wantand quot;. I was too dumbfounded to respond and still placed the order. After that I had several other bad customer service experiences with Doug such as when I stopped in the store to inquire about the dates of installation and was told that without my receipt he couldn't help me. In this day of computers this seemed impossible. I was told that if I supplied the paint, the quarter round would be painted by them when the hardwood installation was done. A quart of the paint was purchased and the installers accidently took it with them. I went in to the store to tell them, Doug never even said hello and didn't seem the least bit interested in helping us. Eric made a call and then called me at home and said the paint would be in the store later that afternoon. I went in the next day and was told they didn't have it so they had to call the installer again. It seems that the paint had been brought in but Eric wasn't told. Wouldn't you think the paint would be delivered to me and that I wouldn't have to make 2 trips there to get it? On January 30,2013 I wrote to William Barnes, the President of Best Flooring Center, about the poor customer service that I received and as of today, March 5, 2013, have yet to receive a reply. It seems customers are not a priority from the top down at Best Flooring.

The sales associate was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. We came in for the advertised special on laminate floors and he told us about the product and answered all of our questions without trying to up sell us to a more expensive product. The scheduled install went more quickly then expected and looks fabulous! As promised, they provided, painted and installed the shoe molding throughout. The transitions are seamless. After the installation was complete, we received a follow up call to ensure that we were 100% satisfied. They also provided additional information during this phone call with helpful information on the care of the new flooring. We couldn't be happier with the experience from start to finish! Everything was perfect!
