Description of Work: I purchased this service as a gift so I don't know exactly what services were performed.

Description of Work: Painted front door and replaced weather stripping on all outside doors.

Description of Work: Jim Measured for, cut, and installed shelving on 3 walls in our closet. Did an excellent job! Very professional. Not at all deterred by metal studs encountered during installation. He also shored up the shelving installed by the builder which was coming loose from the wall. Probably took a couple of hours--didn't time him. We definitely plan to use him in the future. He is very busy so one needs to schedule ahead. He was scheduling appointments 3 weeks out when |we called him. He came to our house by himself but I know sometimes his wife helps. He was punctual.....arrived when he said he would.

Description of Work: Anything you need done outside of major stuff - minor electrical work, small repairs, hanging lights

Description of Work: I signed up for a handyman for the day because I had numerous repairs and problems needing attention in my new house. Jim fixed a leak in the kitchen faucet that led to installing a new faucet; installed 2 new ceiling fans with lights and remotes; installed a dead bolt lock on the front door that required drilling new holes in the door and frame. He adjusted several doors that did not close properly; lubricated windows in enclosed lanai that were stuck; and various other minor repairs. He is very conscientious and knowledgable and works hard. I would recommend him highly and in fact he will be returning soon to complete some other repairs and improvements.

Description of Work: Jim was extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional while preforming Numerous tasks which included hanging shelving, |Fixing leaking gutter seams, |Fixed sliding glass door |Caulked both the garage and Lanai where needed. Jim made excellent suggestions when asked questions. |

Description of Work: Jim called me and set up a time to come out for roof repair on a Sunday afternoon. He normally doesn't work Sundays, but makes exceptions where something like water damage might get worse with any delay in service. Jim arrived when he promised and he was very professional in his approach to finding the leak on my roof. He will do a follow-up visit to paint after the affected area dries sufficiently. So far, I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs general maintenance services on the home.

Description of Work: I used the services of A Handy Couple. They do all kinds of things, like cleaning. It is like having a handyman. They helped us unload the moving truck when we moved in. They do painting. They do heavy duty cleaning. They do a special spring cleaning. They do the windows.
