Description of Work: A questionnaire popped up on my screen and the computer would not process the answer, thus locking the computer. I spoke to Frank at Computer Geeks and tied up an hour of his time while he tried to help me by telephone. Unfortunately, this did not work as he did not have physical access to the computer.

+ -1 moreThe tech immediately located problem and consulted with person that caused the problem. He made necessary fix which included consultation with Microsoft. Within an hour the PC was up and running. I could not have been more pleased with the tech's knowledge, credentials and professionalism. In an age of phony technical knowledge, I can assure you that the tech couldn't have pleased me more with his service quality and service price. This company is number one in my book.
