I needed to have an old culvert removed and a new one put in on a dirt road. I made arrangements to be home for them to start on Thursday, 11/15/2012. The night before when I called to confirm, I was told by Jason that he didn't have it in his schedule and he wouldn't be able to start until the friday. I asked if he could start at 7AM and he said it would not be a problem. At 6:45 AM I was at the gate to let them in. At 7:45 I called Jason to find out what happened, because he wasn't there. He said he got in late last night and was still getting the equipment ready and would be there " in a little while" At about 9:15 he called and said he was on his way. I went back out there and he got there at 9:30. It took 30 minutes for him and three others to get the track hoe off the trailer. He finally started working about 10:30. He told me that he would have a skid steer out later to do the finish work and repair the entrance to the driveway, where the track hoe had churned up the drive. I went back out there at about 3:30 and no one was there. The track hoe had been moved outside my gate and was sitting there. The road was still all churned up. Nothing had been leveled out at the culvert or the entrance to my drive. I called Jason three different times and got his voice mail. Finally, later that evening someone called, not Jason, and said they were having problems with the skid steer and would let me know when they could be back out to finish. That was Friday, it is now Monday afternoon and no word from Jason or anyone else at Alderman!
