+ -1 moreThey brought back trees (Sweet Gum) that were inappropriate for the front yard. They took a lot of grass from the area by the street and planted 3 trees. I had to continue to tell them I wanted the trees closer to the house, and not in a row, but they were hesitant because it wasn't what the plan said. I later found out that the trees drop awful sticky balls in the yard so I requested that they remove them. They came out and after arguing briefly they removed the tress. Also despite having water on them on a regular basis three of their plantings died and I requested that they come out to replace them. They refused as they claimed I waited too long to call.
Description of Work: They were to landscape my front yard with plantings and trees in addition to scrapping out some Bermuda grass that had gotten into my lawn.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE GENERALLY PRETTY GOOD. WE HAD TO CALL THEM BACK A FEW TIMES TO FIX A FEW ITEMS, BUT THEY TOOK CARE OF IT. I WASN'T HOME. MY WIFE WAS HOME DEALING WITH THEM.
Description of Work: THEY DID A LANDSCAPE PLAN, LANDSCAPE INSTALLATION, SOD INSTALLATION AND IRRIGATION.

+ 0 moreTHE SERVICE WAS FAIR. THEIR PRICE WAS FAIR, BUT THEIR RESPONSIVENESS WAS POOR. ACCOUNTABILITY AND SCHEDULING WERE ALL PRETTY GOOD. THEIR WORK WAS GOOD, BUT I HAVE TO STAY ON THEM. THEY ARE CAPABLE OF A HIGH QUALITY JOB.
Description of Work: THEY WERE LANDSCAPING THE ENTIRE YARD. THEY INSTALLED TREES, SHRUBS, BUSHES AND SOD.
