Michael showed up at my home and did not dazzle me with nonsense. He evaluated my current setup, made recommendations, ordered parts and had me up and running within a few days. What I really love - he is respected by all the stores! He called around and got me the best prices in Orlando. He did not have to make that extra effort, but he wanted me to be happy.
