Sales and installation went flawlessly. I had a very old set of vertical blinds with a couple of slats missing and a mechanism that was very difficult to open, close and adjust. On the initial visit I was shown various options of materials and colors. After making a selection I paid a deposit and an appointment was made for installation. The guys showed up on time and did a fine job. Highly recommend.

Kevin was very professional. He showed up for appointments on time. The craftsmanship was superior. We were surprised how affordable quality shutters could be. The treatments for the sliders are a unique design. They can be adjusted to appear as a lace curtain or adjusted to provide complete privacy. We are very satisfied with the service and the products we received.

Cannot fault this company, from initial communication to final install they were very professional. Left to return to the U.K. so allowed Kevin to install our blinds in our absence, he kept us informed and sent us photos, on return to our Villa found not only perfectly fitted blinds but very clean and tidy place. I love my plantation shutters installed by US Vertical. US Vertical is so very dependable. They show up when they say they will. Kevin and his staff are wonderful to work with and they do great work. I have now used US Vertical for Plantation shutters, vertical blinds and outdoor patio shade. I highly recommend them (way better than Lowes or Home Depot).

I've worked with this company on 3 separate occasions as I purchase and have shutters installed gradually throughout out our house. Kevin is fantastic to work with and the shutters are beautiful. I'm very happy with the product and the service. Communication is great. I can't say enough good things about them.

We visited their show room twice to be sure what we wanted. Kerrie was very helpful and patient. Once we decided, they came to the house within three or four days, and the blinds took about thirty days to be installed. I have to note that we are in a high growth area with a huge building boom going on. I am sure they are working at high volume and these were custom blinds. The blinds are of great quality and worth any wait.

They were a pleasure to work with from the initial call to the visit to their shop to pick the blinds to the installation. Kevin came out when he said and completed the install in a very short time. Their workmanship is excellent and I highly recommend them.

Called them to have someone come out to give me a price on putting verticals on my sliding glass door and maybe blinds on two windows in my kitchen. They would not come out to show me there product and give me a price without having to pay a fee for them to come out because I was not wanting to do 4 or more treatments. They did however give me an estimate over the phone. I find this unacceptable, for two reasons, one my measurements might be wrong which could raise the price, second I still would have to pay a fee to have someone come out and show me samples to choose from. I just want to get this done and this company is not the only one who wants to charge me to come out. I say again it is unacceptable.

Installation was easy. Price was better than anywhere else we looked. They came to our home with a great selection of products, measured and helped us through the process. When we decided to replace our vertical blinds with plantation shutters I knew the only company I would call was US Verticals. I have used them for years and have had nothing but great experiences. Kevin was prompt to honor my request for a price quote. Installation was today June 3 and Kevin and his crew arrived at the time promised and completed the installation flawlessly. As everyone has experienced home renovations tend to go sideways and are nothing but broken promises and product flaws. I can honestly saw that this purchase and installation with US Verticals was flawless. The entire crew was respectful and removed their shoes upon entry to my home. They removed the packaging from the shutters promptly and took it outside and kept the work area clean. Kevin's measurements were spot on without any issues for fit. This was the best experience we have EVER had with our home renovations. I highly recommend US Verticals for any of your Window or door treatment needs.

This company is amazing, they were punctual, patient, nice and overall made us fell confident in the product they delivered. The first step was an in home consultation. The tech took measurements of all the windows and provided us with a multitude of samples to choose from. At first we were a bit overwhelmed at the amount of options and prices provided, not knowing how costly window treatment could be we opted to see what other companies had to offer. We met with 2 other companies including a big home improvement store and none of them offered the same quality and quantity in product. Both companies were much more costly and they didn't offer the abundance of variety as US Verticals. We rescheduled another appointment and I am so happy we did. I get many compliments on the roller shades and I could not be happier. Awesome work. I recommend this company to everyone.

The service I received from US Verticals was excellent. I received a very prompt reply when I made initial contact with the company and was able to schedule the in-home consultation with ease. Kevin was very helpful and knowledgable about his product and was able to offer suggestions and advise about my needs. After agreeing to purchase the product he was able to schdule the installation on the date I wanted and he kept me informed about the production of the blinds prior to the installation. On the installation day the team arrived early and were able to install everything in a couple of hours. They cleaned up afterwards and removed all the packaging. I'm very happy with the product I have received and the very professional service I received from Kevin and his team. I would certainly recommend US Verticals to anyone wanting blinds and shutters installing.

Where do I start? First of all, I called at least 3 providers in the area. I guess some of the other companies heard I lived rural and figured I was a waste of their time. Kevin was THE ONLY one who would come to my house on my schedule. I think he was THE ONLY one who responded in a timely manner. My husband and I work very busy jobs so that was important to us. I am sure the other companies are a bit bummed, yes, I really spent that much on my shutters. We have a very large house, 4400sq ft++, with very large windows and I wanted the entire house to have shutters. Kevin came out for the consultation and I didn't feel rushed or pressured. He was a great help and we made him pick the shade of white because DH and I had a hard time, though we did concur. Now, it was going to take some time for our order, it was a maybe a month, We kept in contact with Kevin via Angie's list the entire time. When our order did arrive, we were the ones who had a hard time getting off from work. My husband was here for installation and he said Kevin made sure it was perfect. We have a new house, and despite being new, our windows are not even or straight, some aren't even close!! Thanks to Kevin he worked his magic and my shutters look perfect! I can't even begin to tell you how much I love my shutters and it was the best investment I have made in my new house. THANK YOU KEVIN!

It went great. The blinds were measured and installed within 10 days. The price was wonderful and they look great too. I would definitely use this company again. They were a pleasure to work with.

Excellent professional and punctual work ethic. Kevin and his crew Frank did and outstanding job on the install. I called him un Sunday they came out on Tuesday measured and installed on Thursday of the same week. Installation took about 2hrs great job. For the quality of work and professionalism the cost was reasonable.
