They worked hard as a husband and wife team (their son was there also) and did an outstanding job. Our poly coating on the garage floor looks wonderful and we feel certain it will last us for many years. Highly recommend them for their work ethic and job performance.

They did not require a deposit. They showed up on time and ready to work. They finished my garage floor as they said they would. They did a great job. I couldnâ t ask for more. I wish all contractors were as good as they were.

They painted a concrete floor for our steel building as a gym project. Turned out awesome and is super durable!

John was on time with his estimate and on the job when he said he would be. He did a great job painting the concrete patio and the birdcage framing.

Accomplished everything, except lines were way off. He did a great job, except I now have to fix his line making. Dimensions look good. Will need to pour cement.

As a snowbird I didn't know who to get to paint my new ( to me) house in Davenport. After talking to neighbors, I got the name of this Co. and several others. After several estimates, I went with this one. A great experience! It's to bad you only hear about bad contractors and not the ones like this. I think anyone would be more than satisfied with the workman and experience of Tropical. I WILL hire them for future projects. 5 stars!!
