TOD ORAZI HEATING & AIR

Had another company come out and they told me I needed a new compressor that was $3,600. A neighbor recommended Tod. He came out the very next day and had the unit up and running in 5 minutes. An outside breaker tripped. I had told Tod I needed a new compressor. He could have easily charged me for the much more expensive fix. He did. Good, honest provider. Tod saved me $3,600!

Run away from this company. Their the worst typ of xontractors out there....ones that seem sincere rather that truthful......and their undertrained, missing tools for the job, rude, Late, No shows, promises unkept, ect wct...wow...just wow. Its like they hire homelwss people, pay them in alchohol, to blow air in ure pvc pipes, and show up 2 to 9 hrs late on their 3 hr window. Just run away and find others who. Have the right tools and training, and professionalism for ure important AC and Heating System.

paid for heat pump and that is not what was installed - gave us no invoice or any paperwork that would be linked to him - and did a shotty job on the install, most was fixed but still not correct. Contacted to correct the issue and does not seem to think its his problem.

Got the new unit there and installed quickly. Excellent!

I wanted a gas furnace/ electric AC system substituted for the all electric system in my house. Todd personally crawled through the attic space. Listened to my needs. Indicated I asked many questions unlike the normal client who just wanted the AC immediately and went along with their decisions. He had been suggested by a neighbor who is in property management and who has used Todd for ten years -- I do not feel he wanted to do the job where I might be critical of the various items needed for this project. He would prefer retrofits instead of constructing something which was outside of his mainstream. He also did not know what to do with the venting of the gas system suggesting a pipe go out the side of the house which for such a nice house would not look appropriate. i understand he is a good worker and completes his projects successfully. I think I was more than he could handle. I do not put the man down but suggest you know what you are going to get if you hire him. I had hoped Todd would have done the job for me as I understand he is more than fair when it comes to pricing and reliability. Since this report will be shared with Todd, I would not mind if he came back to review my particular job as the work has not yet been performed.
