He did a wonderful job and he was very reasonable too. He put a ton of paint on. He is a perfectionist and I really, really liked him. I have a 1585 Sq.ft house and he charged $1750. He used Sherwin Williams paint, probably, between all the trim and probably used ten to fifteen gallons of paint, and it just looks magnificent. He has a very nice personality too. He did power washing too - the house looked brand new by the time he was done with the power washing. And he did little details, like even though it had nothing to do with the paint, when he did the house he also power washed the patio in the back so that it was clean and nice to go along with the rest of it. That was like an extra - he just did it without been told. So he started off by power washing and then he filled the cracks and everything, and then he sprayed a base coat sealer and then he painted. He did a wonderful job. I would definitely use him again. I recommended him to my sister and she used him as well. She has a much larger house and he was still reasonable - it was half the price of what she was quoted by somebody else.
