Raul was amazing to work with for a complete rescreening of our pool enclosure. He responded promptly via text message after our initial inquiry letting us know he would be able to schedule a visit for an estimate within two days. He was able to offer quotes on the spot during the initial visit for partial repair and complete rescreening, and had the work schedule for the same weekend. He kindly explained everything that would be done and was in communication with us throughout the process. In a timely manner, they responded to my inquiry; exchanged information regarding my project. They installed the new screen wall for an existing lanai with one door and one doggy door. Removed existing aluminum structure. Overall, they were punctual; very nice work.

Raul was very prompt in providing the proposal and he was ready to schedule me within a week. Prior to that, a company had strung me along for 2+ months canceling 3 confirmed work dates. I tried to be patient due to Hurricane Ian and demand from everywhere for repair of blown screens, but finally got tired of the waiting and the excuses. Raul restored my belief that there are still good contractors out there that are reliable and do what they promise. I won't hesitate to use him again.

Raul is a man of character and integrity. His work is exceptional and charges a fair price. Our cats like to chase the lizards on the other side of the screened in pool areaâ ¦ which turns them into instinctive climbers. Our poor screens take a beating from their claws and weight, not to mention the wind and storms here. Raul always has our back and comes out quickly to repair the broken panels so our cats can once again play â outsideâ .

We had the front porch screened in. the enclosure is wonderfully done. Sealed well, the door fits and works perfectly, and the overall quality is immaculate. Enjoyed working with this company, and once we have the funds, we will be hiring them again to redo our back patio. The back was done by another company years ago, and the quality is night and day. cannot wait to use RGA again and we already recommended them.

I would give Raul 10 stars if I could. Professional, punctual and precise. The price was much betterhan a certain company the starts with an. "A". The crew cleaned up everything and fixed some things not on the estimate at no extra charge.
