On time and professional, good job. Would use their service again.

My condo is small and only had 4 vents to do. Left a little dirt on carpet. Did not use drop cloth under vents to prevent this.

The team is a father and son, who is about 16-17. The son calls and confirms the date and time. They wer about fifteen minutes late but called to let us know they were on the way.

Went very well...excellent father and son team. Pro Masters Cleaners was very prompt and professional. Did an excellent job in cleaning all vents. I had a total of 18 vents to clean. Would use them again in the future.

they were about an hour late due to mechanical trouble with the vehicle. halfway thru the job the vacuum broke down and they had to fix it on site. Having said this, I feel they did a good job and I took their recommendation of having the additional cleaning done above the air handler area (added cost). Since no cleaning had been done in a few years, it was no surprise to me that everything needed a thorough cleaning. They were respectful of my time. I believe the mechanical issues were only a rare problem and that the next time I call them it will simply be another good review.
