Quality work, easy to work with, professional

I paid for a four-car driveway. Despite my saying it was too small during the installation, they assured me it was large enough for four cars. I ended up with a two-car driveway. The entrance to the street is now two feet narrower than before making it difficult to back into the driveway. I called and emailed the company and did not get a response. I am very unhappy with my driveway.

Do NOT use this Company, Washington Pavers. They performed an unsatisfactory performance of our asphalt driveway and they are not returning my phone calls to resolve my driveway issues. Richard and Janet S.

Billy in the front office, Daniel the estimator, and Joseph the on-the-job supervisor were all very responsive, and they worked with us as their customer to try to make sure they met our needs and answered our questions. They showed up on time and did some of the little things to ensure a professional job and successful outcome.

Repaved my driveway. Immediately noticed a lot of loose rocks. Within two months, areas began to crumble and were very thin - maybe a half-inch thick. Edges of the driveway cracked and were falling off. After numerous phone calls, emails and texts, they finally came out to repair. They did repair the worst areas, replacing a 10x10 area and cutting out and. replacing some edges. After another couple of months, other areas of the driveway started crumbling. More calls, emails, and texts. Was informed I was put on their â warranty list. Two months went by, and more calls, emails, and texts went unanswered. In the meantime, received emails from them for sealing. Their quality is poor and responsiveness is extremely poor. Beware. Based on my experience, I find the 5-star reviews with no or very few comments suspicious.

The work was done in a timely fashion. I wish I was given more fo on maintenance and warranty if there is any.

Hired Washington Pavements last year. Finalizing the appointment was painful because of their unresponsiveness. When they finally did come out to do the work, they failed to widen the driveway by 18 inches per the contract and had to return the next day. The five-year warranty is contingent upon annual seal coating. One of their reps reached out to me to schedule the seal coating but he has not acknowledged my reply. I have tried calling the company and get an automated recording that the company is not available. I have not received a returned call nor a response to numerous emails and online service requests. Is this company out of business or do they just not care about their customers?

I emailed the co. Whatâ s the charge for an xtra wide a foot in half , was told no charge even I was going to give them a nice Tip , day of Paving was told otherwise had no knowledge and didnâ t call office to check on my request . I had to pay Xtra . Also didnâ t take away the xtra removal . Was difficult trying to communicate with the company

They saw that my driveway's foundation was part of the problem and went and procured sand and stone to fix it prior to pouring the 4" of asphalt. Builder used about 2", why it failed and had bumps (bad foundation). They also tapered the sides so it won't crumble over the years. Many neighbors have stopped and asked for their contact information.

We're so happy with our driveway! Quick and clean, and they went above and beyond what we expected to make it appealing.

Replied quickly, provided the best solution of price and timing and completed the job quickly and professionally. Plus this was not an easy job, long driveway on a steep uphill grade. Definitely recommend Washington Pavements.
